Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an A/D converter of high accuracy without deteriorating its high speed property, by correcting the reference voltage of the comparator at proper internals, by means of the reference voltage source which has been provided separately. CONSTITUTION:The second reference resistors r1-r8 are provided in parallel with the first reference resistances R1-R1023. And when one input of the current amplifying circuit D1 is connected to the point A, the other input is connected to the point A', and also the output terminal is connected to the point A', the current of the reference resistances R1-R1023 can be controlled so that the potential of the point A becomes equal to that of the point A'. The circuit D2 is also performed in the same way. In this case, since the maximum errors is proportional to approximately square of quantitizing number, the error becomes extremely small in case when the quantitizing number has been divided into eight.
