Abstract
PURPOSE:To cause the ratio of currents, which are flowed to collector circuits of plural transistors, to approach 1 with a high precision, by equalizing currents above to one another. CONSTITUTION:Characteristics of many (n-number) transistors constituting a current Miller circuit and values of all emitter resistances are set equally respectively, and bases of transistors 12, 13...1n except the first transistor 11 are connected commonly, and this common connection point A is connected to the collector of the first transistor 11, and the base of the first transistor 11 is connected to common connection point A through resistance 3. The value of resistance 3 is set to the sum of emitter resistances of all transistors (nRE1=nRE2=nRE3=...nREn). By this constitution, an ideal operation of the current Miller circuit can be obtained.
