Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the logic circuit of excellent interruption characteristics, by providing the diode in which the anode is connected to the base of Tr and the cathode is to the input terminal, with the logic circut consisting of transistor Tr the conduction of which is controlled depending on the logic input. CONSTITUTION:The circuit consists of the schottky clamped Tr Q1 to Q4, Q6 and TrQ5, and schottky barrier diodes D1 to D6. TrQ1 is ON and Q2,Q3 are OFF when low level is fed to either of the terminals 3 and 4, to maintain Q4 and Q5 OFF. When high level is fed to the terminals 3 and 4, TrQ1 is OFF and Q2 is ON, the collector potential decreases to keep Q4,Q5 OFF and Q3 ON. With this state, if the terminal 3 is changed to lower level, since Q1 is ON and Q2 is OFF, the base charge of Q3 is discharged via the resistor R5 and Q3 starts disconduction. D3 is changed from the back bias to the forward bias, the base charge of Q3 is rapidly discharged through D3 to improve the interrupting performance of Q3. Thus, the conductive performance is not injured and excellent interruption characteristics can be obtained.
