Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform better electric deposition galvanization by making a galvanization following applying an alkali bath type tin plating as a base treatment to an iron steel product. CONSTITUTION:A heat-treated cast iron or other iron steel product is first deoxidized and degreased and then plated with tin of several microns by an alkali bath type plating method for base treatment. Then, it is plated with zinc by electric deposition galvanization method using a zincate galvanization bath, giving better electric deposition glavanized layer on the whole surface of iron steel product.
