- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(1)電導性支持体を水性電着塗料に浸漬し、(2)支持体を陰極として接 続し、 (3)直流によって被膜を支持体上に析出し、(4)被覆された支持体から電着 塗料を除去し、かつ (5)析出した塗膜に焼付けを行なうことによって、 電導性支持体を被覆する方法において、水性電着塗料が珪酸亜鉛を基礎とする防 食顔料2〜10重量%、特に4〜6重量%をエポキシシランもしくはアミノシラ ンで被覆された石英一もしくはクリストバル石微細粉末1〜15重量%、特に2 〜4重量%との組合せ物の形で含有しており、この場合、重量パーセントは電着 塗料の全固体に対してであり、かつ防食顔料はZnO 35〜65重量%、Si O2 15〜35重量%及びB2O3 0〜20重量%及び/又はWO3 0〜 20重量%及び/又はMoO3 0〜20重量%及び/又はSnO2 0〜20 重量%の溶融によって得ることができ、この場合、成分は、ZnO及びSiO2 の他に記載された酸化物少なくとも1つの使用下で、重量パーセントの合計が常 に100重量%となるように一緒に溶融されることを特徴とする、電導性支持体 の被覆法。 2.陰極析出可能な水性電着塗料において、該電着塗料が珪酸亜鉛を基礎とする 防食顔料2〜10重量%、特に4〜6重量%をエポキシシランもしくはアミノシ ランで被覆された石英一もしくはクリストバル石微細粉末1〜15重量%、特に 2〜4重量%との組合せ物の形で含有しており、この場合、重量パーセントは電 着塗料の全固体に対してであり、かつ防食顔料はZnO 35〜65重量%、S iO2 15〜35重量%及びB2O3 0〜20重量%及び/又はWO3 0 〜20重量%及び/又はMoO3 0〜20重量%及び/又はSnO2 0〜2 0重量%の溶融によって得ることができ、この場合、成分は、ZnO及びSiO 2の他に記載された酸化物少なくとも1つの使用下で、重量パーセントの合計が 常に100重量%となるように一緒に溶融されることを特徴とする、陰極析出可 能な水性電着塗料。 3.電着塗料がアミン改質カチオン性エポキシ樹脂又はアミン改質カチオン性エ ポキシ樹脂からの混合物を結合剤として含有する、請求項1又は2記載の方法又 は電着塗料。 4.電着塗料がブロックドポリイソシアネート又はブロックドポリイソシアネー トからの混合物を架橋剤として含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に 記載の方法又は電着塗料。 5.防食顔料がZnO 40〜60重量%、SiO2 15〜20重量%、B2 O3 5〜20重量%及びWO3 5〜10重量%及び/又はMoO30〜15 重量%及び/又はSnO2 5〜10重量%の溶融によって得ることができ、こ の場合、成分は、重量パーセントの合計が常に100重量%となるように一緒に 溶融される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法又は電着塗料。 6.防食顔料がZnO 50〜571重量%、特に53〜54重量%、SiO2 25〜32重量%、特に28〜29重量%、B2O3 9〜12重量%、特に 10〜11重量%及びWO3 6〜9重量%特に7〜8重量%の溶融によって得 ることができ、この場合、成分は、重量パーセントの合計が常に100重量%と なるように一緒に溶融される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法 又は電着塗料。
