が、シリコン樹脂等が半田面に付着する事があ
り、半田付けを困難にする恐れと信頼性に欠ける

ダクタの導線を圧着固定し、前記導線を前記リー
ド端子片に溶接し、リード端子片上に設けたかし
め部分を、台座より突設している丸ピン端子に続
く巻付け部に嵌め込ませた後半田付けを行ない、
台座中央空間部に突設しているインダクタ固定棒
によりインダクタの固定を行なう事により、組立
作業時間の短縮と、磁性体固定のためのシリコン
樹脂の固定剤を排除できる事を特徴とした、集積
回路パツケージ型ノイズフイルタを提供するもの

フオツトエツチング加工等によつて形成され、フ
レーム12には精密打抜加工の際、金属板を打ち
抜きに従つて順次送るためのガイド孔17が設け
てある。この様な構造において、導線6をリード
端子片13に接続するには、突片14をリード端
子片13に重なるように折り曲げ、導線6をリー
ド端子片13と突片14との間にはさみ、電気抵
抗溶接機のヘツドを突片14に押しつけてヘツド
とリード端子片13との間に電気抵抗溶接機の一
次電流を流し、加熱により導線6の被覆膜を剥離
し、ついで一次電流を増加して導線6をリード端
子片13に溶着する。この様にして導線6をリー
ド端子片13に接続した後、リード端子片12上
に設けたかしめ部分15を、台座より突設してい
る丸ピン端子4に続く巻付部8に嵌め込ませてか
しめ部分をかしめ、丸ピン端子4に続く巻付部に
仮接続を行ないリード端子片を切断し、後半田付
けを行ない、丸ピン端子4とリード端子片12上
