例えば、四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表す表現は、幾何学的に厳密な意味での四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表すのみならず、同じ効果が得られる範囲で、凹凸部や面取り部等を含む形状も表すものとする。
一方、一の構成要素を「備える」、「具える」、「具備する」、「含む」、又は、「有する」という表現は、他の構成要素の存在を除外する排他的な表現ではない。

Claims (7)
- 弁体と、
流体が流通可能な弁孔を有する弁座と、
前記弁体を収容するケーシングと、
一端部が前記ケーシングに固定されたアーム部、及び前記アーム部の他端部と接続し、前記弁孔を開閉可能に前記弁体を支持する弁体支持部、を含むリードと、を備え、
前記弁孔における前記流体の流通方向を第1方向、前記ケーシングの内面のうち前記第1方向の下流側を向く面を第1面と定義すると、前記第1面は、前記アーム部に対向する凹部を含み、
前記アーム部の幅方向における前記凹部の幅は、前記アーム部の幅よりも大きく、
前記弁体と前記弁座とが当接している閉弁状態において前記アーム部が延在している方向を延在方向、前記アーム部の両端のうち前記一端部側の端を一端、前記アーム部の両端のうち前記他端部側の端を他端と定義すると、
前記凹部は、前記延在方向において前記一端側に向かうにつれて前記凹部が深くなるように傾斜した傾斜面を含み、
前記アーム部の前記第1方向の上流側の上流側面と前記傾斜面との間の距離が、前記弁体が前記弁座に当接した状態で、前記延在方向において前記アーム部の一端側に向かうにつれて大きくなる
リードバルブ。 - 前記弁体と前記弁座とが当接している閉弁状態において前記アーム部が延在している方向を延在方向、前記アーム部の両端のうち前記一端部側の端を一端、前記アーム部の両端のうち前記他端部側の端を他端と定義すると、
前記凹部は、前記延在方向において、前記弁孔と前記アーム部の支点との間の位置から前記支点と前記一端との間の位置まで形成されている、請求項1に記載のリードバルブ。 - 前記凹部は、前記アーム部の幅方向における前記支点の両側で、前記延在方向において、前記弁孔と前記アーム部の前記支点との間の位置から前記支点と前記一端との間の位置まで形成されている、請求項2に記載のリードバルブ。
- 前記アーム部は、前記一端部を貫通する貫通孔を有し、
前記ケーシングの前記第1面は、前記貫通孔に挿通される凸部を有し、
前記弁体と前記弁座とが当接している閉弁状態において前記アーム部が延在している方向を延在方向、前記アーム部の両端のうち前記一端部側の端を一端、前記アーム部の両端のうち前記他端部側の端を他端、前記凸部の側面のうち前記延在方向の最も前記他端側の位置を第1位置と定義すると、
前記凹部は、前記延在方向において、前記弁孔と前記第1位置との間の位置から前記第1位置と前記一端との間の位置まで形成されている、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のリードバルブ。 - 前記凹部は、前記アーム部の幅方向における前記貫通孔の両側で、前記延在方向において、前記弁孔と前記第1位置との間の位置から前記第1位置と前記一端との間の位置まで形成されている、請求項4に記載のリードバルブ。
- コイルを含むソレノイドユニットを更に備える、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のリードバルブ。
- 前記ソレノイドユニットは、前記コイルの外周側に設けられたアウターヨークを含み、
前記凹部は、前記アウターヨークにおける前記第1方向の下流側の端面よりも前記第1方向の上流側に凹んでいる、請求項6に記載のリードバルブ。
