Description
本実施形態の圧縮機は、図1および図2に示すように、いわゆる回転ピストン型のロータリー圧縮機(1)で構成されている(以下、単に「圧縮機」という)。この圧縮機(1)は、ドーム型のケーシング(10)内に、圧縮機構(20)と該圧縮機構(20)を駆動する電動機(30)とが収納され、全密閉型に構成されている。また、この圧縮機(1)は、電動機(30)がインバータ制御されて容量が段階的または連続的に可変となる可変容量型の圧縮機に構成されている。そして、この圧縮機(1)は、電動機(30)によって圧縮機構(20)を駆動することにより、例えば、冷媒を吸入、圧縮した後に吐出して冷媒回路内で循環させるものである。
次に、上述した圧縮機(1)の運転動作について説明する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、リード弁(41)の開閉状態を変動させるように弁押さえ(42)における弁固定部(42a)の一部を高分子アクチュエータ(50)で構成してリード弁(41)の剛性を変化させるようにしたために、リード弁(41)の開閉力を制御してリード弁(41)開閉の応答性を向上させることができる。これにより、高速運転では、リード弁(41)の閉じ始めの応答性を向上させて閉じ遅れを抑制することができる。一方、低速運転では、リード弁(41)の開き始めの応答性を向上させて吐出圧力損失を低減することができる。これらの結果、運転効率の向上を図ることができる。
次に、本発明の参考形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

Claims (3)
- 流体を圧縮する圧縮機構(20)の吐出口(29)にリード弁(41)と該リード弁(41)の弁押さえ(42)が設けられた圧縮機であって、
上記弁押さえ(42)は、リード弁(41)の固定部(41a)を固定する弁固定部(42a)と、リード弁(41)の弁部(41b)のリフト量を規制する湾曲したガイド部(42b)とを備え、
上記弁押さえ(42)は、リード弁(41)の開閉状態が変動するように、上記弁固定部(42a)の少なくとも一部が外部入力によって形状が変化する変形部材(50)で構成され、
上記弁固定部(42a)の変形部材(50)は、リード弁(41)の固定長さを変化させるように長さが伸縮してリード弁(41)の剛性を変化させる
ことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
上記弁押さえ(42)は、リード弁(41)の開閉状態が変動するように、上記ガイド部(42b)の少なくとも一部が外部入力によって形状が変化する変形部材(50)で構成され、
上記ガイド部(42b)の変形部材(50)は、湾曲度を変化させるように撓み量が変化してリード弁(41)の弁部(41b)のリフト量を変化させる
ことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記変形部材(50)は、高分子アクチュエータで構成されている
ことを特徴とする圧縮機。
