Claims (20)
- 筐体フレームと、熱管理部材と、外板と、を備え、
前記熱管理部材は、前記筐体フレームの一の側に設置され、電池の温度を調節するためのものであり、
前記外板は、前記熱管理部材と隣接して設置され、前記熱管理部材を、前記筐体フレームを覆うように設置するためのものであり、前記外板には、バランシング弁が設置され、前記外板と前記熱管理部材の間のチャンバと外気を前記バランシング弁のみで連通させる
ことを特徴とする電池筐体。 - 前記バランシング弁が前記外板の両端に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池筐体。
- 前記バランシング弁が前記外板の中央部に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池筐体。
- 前記外板には固定孔が設けられ、
前記バランシング弁は、バランシング弁本体を備え、前記バランシング弁本体には、固定用構造が設置され、前記固定用構造と前記固定孔との接合により、前記バランシング弁は前記外板の一の側に固定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記バランシング弁本体に通気孔が設けられ、前記通気孔と前記固定孔とによって通気通路を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項4の電池筐体。 - 前記固定用構造が係合構造により構成され、
前記係合構造は、前記通気孔の周りに沿って設置され、外板に向かって延在し、前記外板の固定孔と係合する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記係合構造の歪み値が15%よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記固定孔の幅が前記係合構造の幅よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記固定用構造がねじ構造により構成され、
前記ねじ構造は、前記通気孔の周りに沿って設置され、外板に向かって延在し、前記外板の固定孔の内壁に、雌ねじ構造が対応して設置され、前記ねじ構造が、前記固定孔内で前記雌ねじ構造と螺合される
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記バランシング弁と前記外板との間に設置され、前記バランシング弁と前記外板とを密封接続するためのガスケットを、さらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項5~9のいずれか1項に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記ガスケットの圧縮量が40%~60%であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池筐体。
- 前記バランシング弁本体の前記外板から離れる一の側において、前記通気孔の周りに通気溝が設けられ、
前記通気溝、前記通気孔および前記固定孔で通気通路を形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項5~11のいずれか1項に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記通気孔の周りに間隔をあけて位置決め突起が設けられ、前記位置決め突起の間に通気溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記通気孔の上方を覆うように設置されたバランス膜をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記バランス膜が防水通気性複合材料により構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記ガスケットがリング状に形成され、前記リング状の内周の長さが前記バランス膜の外周の長さよりも短く、前記リング状の外周の長さが前記バランス膜の外周の長さよりも長い
ことを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記バランシング弁の前記外板から離れる一端を覆うように設置される保護蓋をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の電池筐体。 - 前記位置決め突起を覆うように設置された保護蓋をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電池筐体。 - 電池セルと、請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の電池筐体と、を備え、前記電池セルが前記電池筐体内に収容される
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項19に記載の電池を備え、前記電池が給電するためのものである
ことを特徴とする電気設備。
