Description
Claims (10)
- 外針ハブに装着されて全体としてディスク状の弾性体からなり表裏に貫通するスリットが形成されたディスク弁からなる弾性弁体に内針が挿通される留置針組立体において、
前記弾性弁体の外周部分に形成された内側係止溝と外側係止溝に対して、前記外針ハブの基端に設けられた内側係止爪と外側係止爪が係止されていると共に、該内側係止爪と該外側係止爪の少なくとも一方によって該弾性弁体が径方向で圧縮されていることを特徴とする留置針組立体。 - 前記外側係止爪によって前記弾性弁体が径方向で圧縮されている請求項1に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記外針ハブの外側面と前記弾性弁体の外側面とが滑らかな表面でつながっている請求項1又は2に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記外針ハブにおける前記弾性弁体よりも先端側の内部領域を外部に連通するエア抜き通路が形成されていると共に、気体の通過は許容するが液体の通過を阻止するフィルタが、該エア抜き通路における該内部領域への開口部から離隔した位置に配されている請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記エア抜き通路が先端側に向かって延びている請求項4に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記弾性弁体は、前記内側係止溝及び前記外側係止溝よりも外周側において先端側に延びる先端側支持部を備えており、該先端側支持部の内面と前記外針ハブとの間において先端側に向かって延びる前記エア抜き通路が構成されている請求項5に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記外針ハブにおける前記内側係止爪の形成部分には径方向の貫通孔が形成されており、前記エア抜き通路が該貫通孔を含んで構成されている請求項4~6の何れか1項に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記フィルタが、前記外針ハブの内部に配されている請求項4~7の何れか1項に記載の留置針組立体。
- 前記外針ハブが、前記外側係止爪を備える外部ハウジングと前記内側係止爪を備える内部ハウジングとを含んで構成されており、該外部ハウジングと該内部ハウジングを含む複数の部材が凹凸嵌合により固定されている請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の留置針組立体。
- ディスク状の弾性弁体が装着されて雄コネクタ接続用のポートが設けられていると共に、該弾性弁体の外周部分に形成された内側係止溝と外側係止溝に対してハウジングに形成された内側爪部と外側爪部が係止されて支持されている医療用弁において、
前記雄コネクタ接続用のポートの流体が流入可能な内部領域を外部に連通するエア抜き通路が、前記ハウジングにおける前記内側爪部の形成部分に設けられた径方向の貫通孔を含んで形成されていると共に、該エア抜き通路上において気体の通過は許容するが液体の通過を阻止するフィルタが、該エア抜き通路を通じて該内部領域に連通されて配されていることを特徴とする医療用弁。
