- モータ(12)が固定されていると共に減速機収容部(16C)を有するハウジング(16)と、
前記減速機収容部内に収容され、前記モータの回転を減速する減速機構成部材の一部を構成し、回転径方向から見た歯すじが回転軸方向につるまき線状となっているヘリカルギヤ(20)と、
前記減速機収容部内に収容され、前記減速機構成部材の他の一部(26)と、
前記ヘリカルギヤと前記減速機構成部材の他の一部との間に配置され、前記減速機構成部材の他の一部を前記ヘリカルギヤとは反対側へ付勢することで、前記減速機構成部材の前記減速機収容部内におけるがたつきを抑制する弾性部材(32)と、
を備え、
前記ヘリカルギヤの軸中心部には、前記ヘリカルギヤと共に回転する偏心軸(22)の一部が埋設され、
前記弾性部材が、前記偏心軸の径方向外側に配置される環状に形成されており、
前記減速機構成部材は、前記ハウジングにおける前記減速機収容部の底に設けられた筒状のボス部(16F)に支持され、
前記偏心軸が前記ボス部に当接した状態で、前記ヘリカルギヤが前記ハウジングと離間しており、
前記ボス部の先端部が前記ヘリカルギヤの内周部に配置された状態で、前記ボス部の先端部が前記ヘリカルギヤの内周部と径方向に離間していると共に前記偏心軸が前記ボス部の先端部と軸方向に当接している減速機付モータ。 - 前記ハウジングにおける前記ボス部のまわりには、複数のリブ(16L)が設けられている請求項1に記載の減速機付モータ。
- 前記偏心軸には、前記減速機構成部材の他の一部を構成すると共に前記モータの回転範囲を制限するロック用ギヤ(26)が支持され、
前記弾性部材の少なくとも一部が、前記ロック用ギヤの径方向内側に配置されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の減速機付モータ。
