Description
図1~図7を参照して、実施例及び変形例としての車両用制動装置が適用された車両1について説明する。この車両1は、少なくとも油圧制動装置2と回生制動装置3とが搭載された電動車両(電気自動車,ハイブリッド自動車)である。図1に示すように、車両1には、油圧制動装置2,回生制動装置3,ブレーキペダル4,アクセルペダル5,車速センサー6,ブレーキセンサー7,アクセルセンサー8,バッテリー9が搭載される。
図1に示すように、電子制御装置10の内部には、少なくとも第一分配部11,第二分配部12,制御部13が設けられる。これらの要素は、電子制御装置10の機能を便宜的に分類して示したものである。本実施形態の電子制御装置10には、図4に示すように、第一分配部11,第二分配部12,制御部13,ドライバ要求トルク算出部14,変化率制限部15,最大値選択部16,減速トルク算出部17,第一加算部18,第二加算部19,回生ブレーキ制御部20,油圧ブレーキ制御部21が設けられる。なお、最大値選択部16,第二加算部19,回生ブレーキ制御部20,油圧ブレーキ制御部21は、制御部13に含まれる。
第一加算部18は、第一分配部11で算出された目標コーストトルクと減速トルク算出部17で算出された減速トルクとを合算して合計減速トルクを算出するものである。合計減速トルクの情報は、第二分配部12に伝達される。
第二加算部19は、残余トルクと第二分配部12で算出された回生ブレーキ要求トルクとを合算して合計回生ブレーキトルクを算出するものである。合計回生ブレーキトルクの情報は、回生ブレーキ制御部20に伝達される。
(1)図4に示すように、第一分配部11では、アクセル操作量に応じて設定されるドライバ要求トルクが目標コーストトルクと残余トルクとに分配される。ここで分配された目標コーストトルクは、ブレーキ操作量に応じて設定される減速トルクと合算された上で第二分配部12に伝達され、油圧ブレーキ要求トルクと回生ブレーキ要求トルクとに分配される。これを受け、制御部13の油圧ブレーキ制御部21は、油圧ブレーキ要求トルクに基づいて油圧制動装置2を制御する。一方、制御部13の回生ブレーキ制御部20は、残余トルクと回生ブレーキ要求トルクとから算出される合計回生ブレーキトルクに基づいて回生制動装置3を制御する。
上記の実施例はあくまでも例示に過ぎず、本実施例で明示しない種々の変形や技術の適用を排除する意図はない。本実施例の各構成は、それらの趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変形して実施できる。また、必要に応じて取捨選択でき、あるいは適宜組み合わせることができる。例えば、上記の実施例では、パワートレインにモーター32,ジェネレーター33,エンジン37を備えたハイブリッド自動車を例示したが、ジェネレーター33やエンジン37は省略可能である。少なくとも回生制動機能を備えた電動機や発電機が搭載された車両であれば、上記の車両用制動装置の適用対象となる。

Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載された油圧制動装置及び回生制動装置を、アクセル操作量及びブレーキ操作量に応じて制御する車両用制動装置において、
前記アクセル操作量に応じて設定されるドライバ要求トルクを、前記油圧制動装置に負担させる目標となる大きさの目標コーストトルクと前記ドライバ要求トルクから前記目標コーストトルクを減じた大きさの残余トルクとに分配する第一分配部と、
前記ブレーキ操作量に応じて設定される減速トルクと前記第一分配部で分配された前記目標コーストトルクとを合算したものを、油圧ブレーキ要求トルクと回生ブレーキ要求トルクとに分配する第二分配部と、
前記第二分配部で分配された前記油圧ブレーキ要求トルクに基づいて前記油圧制動装置を制御し、かつ、前記第一分配部で分配された前記残余トルクと前記第二分配部で分配された前記回生ブレーキ要求トルクとから算出される合計回生ブレーキトルクに基づいて前記回生制動装置を制御する制御部と、を備える
ことを特徴とする、車両用制動装置。 - 前記第一分配部が、あらかじめ設定された制限値と前記ドライバ要求トルクの値とのうち絶対値が大きいいずれか一方と同じ値に前記目標コーストトルクを設定する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の車両用制動装置。 - 前記第一分配部が、エンジンブレーキトルクに相当する値に前記制限値を設定する
ことを特徴とする、請求項2記載の車両用制動装置。 - 前記第一分配部が、パワートレインとして発揮できる前記減速トルクである回生制限トルクに相当する値に前記制限値を設定する
ことを特徴とする、請求項2記載の車両用制動装置。 - 前記回生制限トルクが、バッテリーに充電可能な電力と補機消費電力と前記回生制動装置の損失電力との和を車速で除した値に係数を乗じた大きさのトルクとエンジン摩擦トルクとを含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項4記載の車両用制動装置。 - 前記第一分配部が、車速が低速であるほど前記制限値を小さく設定する
ことを特徴とする、請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制動装置。 - 前記制御部が、前記ドライバ要求トルクと前記残余トルクとのうち、絶対値の大きいトルクと前記回生ブレーキ要求トルクを加算したトルクでエンジン発電電力を演算する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制動装置。
