Claims (10)
- 酸素含有量が1ppm以下であり、モル%で、Te 20~90%、Ga 2~40%を含有することを特徴とするカルコゲナイドガラス材。
- 組成として、モル%で、Te+S+Se 20~98%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカルコゲナイドガラス材。
- モル%で、Ge 0~40%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカルコゲナイドガラス材。
- モル%で、Ge+Ga+Sb+As 2~50%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラス材。
- モル%で、Ag 0~50%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラス材。
- モル%で、Si 0~50%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラス材。
- モル%で、Ge+Ga 2~40%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラス材。
- ガラス材中に、長さ500μm以上の脈理が存在しないことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラス材。
- 請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のカルコゲナイドガラス材を用いることを特徴とする光学素子。
- 請求項9に記載の光学素子を用いることを特徴とする赤外線センサ。
