Claims (6)
- モル%で、Ge 0超~9%、Ga 0超~50%、Te 50~90%、Si+Al+Ti+Cu+In+Sn+Bi+Cr+Sb+Zn+Mn+Cs+Ag+As+Pb 0~40%、F+Cl+Br+I 0~40%、Sn 0~20%、Ag 0~40%、I 0~20%、Si 0~10%、Al 0~10%、Ti 0~10%、Cu 0~10%、In 0~10%、Bi 0~10%、Cr 0~10%、Sb 0~10%、Zn 0~10%、Mn 0~10%、Cs 0~10%、As 0~10%、Pb 0~10%、F 0~10%、Cl 0~10%及びBr 0~10%を含有し、Ag及び/又はSnを含有し、Seを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする赤外線透過ガラス。
- S 0~10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- Cd及びTlを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- 波長8~14μmにおける平均内部透過率が80%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の赤外線透過ガラス。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の赤外線透過ガラスを用いることを特徴とする光学素子。
- 請求項5に記載の光学素子を用いることを特徴とする赤外線センサー。
