Claims (6)
- 環状の金属製ブッシュと、
前記金属製ブッシュの周囲に設けられ、外周部に歯形が形成された環状の樹脂部材と、を備えた樹脂製歯車であって、
前記金属製ブッシュと前記樹脂部材とは、前記樹脂製歯車の回転方向に相対回転可能に配置され、
前記金属製ブッシュと前記樹脂部材との間には、前記金属製ブッシュの外周面及び前記樹脂部材の内周面に入り込む空間が、前記回転方向に沿って並ぶように複数形成され、
前記空間内には、弾性部材が配置されており、
前記空間及び前記弾性部材は、前記樹脂製歯車の径方向に沿った断面において、前記外周面と前記内周面との間の距離が第1距離である第1部分と、前記外周面と前記内周面との間の距離が前記第1距離とは異なる第2距離である第2部分と、前記外周面と前記内周面との間の距離が前記第1距離とは異なる第3距離である第3部分と、を有し、
前記第1部分は、前記樹脂製歯車の軸方向において、前記第2部分と前記第3部分との間に設けられており、
前記空間は、前記径方向に沿った前記断面が六角形状を呈している、樹脂製歯車。 - 環状の金属製ブッシュと、
前記金属製ブッシュの周囲に設けられ、外周部に歯形が形成された環状の樹脂部材と、を備えた樹脂製歯車であって、
前記金属製ブッシュと前記樹脂部材とは、前記樹脂製歯車の回転方向に相対回転可能に配置され、
前記金属製ブッシュと前記樹脂部材との間には、前記金属製ブッシュの外周面及び前記樹脂部材の内周面に入り込む空間が、前記回転方向に沿って並ぶように複数形成され、
前記空間内には、弾性部材が配置されており、
前記空間及び前記弾性部材は、前記樹脂製歯車の径方向に沿った断面において、前記外周面と前記内周面との間の距離が第1距離である第1部分と、前記外周面と前記内周面との間の距離が前記第1距離とは異なる第2距離である第2部分と、前記外周面と前記内周面との間の距離が前記第1距離とは異なる第3距離である第3部分と、を有し、
前記第1部分は、前記樹脂製歯車の軸方向において、前記第2部分と前記第3部分との間に設けられており、
前記空間は、段付き円錐台形状を呈している、樹脂製歯車。 - 前記金属製ブッシュと前記樹脂部材とは、前記回転方向に摺動可能に当接している、請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂製歯車。
- 前記金属製ブッシュと前記樹脂部材とは、接着されていない、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の樹脂製歯車。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記空間の内面に接着されている、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の樹脂製歯車。
- 前記空間は、前記樹脂製歯車の軸方向に沿って貫通する孔である、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の樹脂製歯車。
