Description
第1実施形態に係るカテーテル組立体10は、図1及び図2に示すように、カテーテル12と、カテーテル12を固定保持するカテーテルハブ14と、カテーテル12内に挿入される中空の内針16と、内針16を固定保持する針ハブ18と、カテーテルハブ14の上側に装着されるカテーテル操作部材20と、カテーテル12と内針16の間に挿入される管状の補助部材22と、補助部材22を固定保持する補助部材ハブ24と、カテーテルハブ14及び補助部材ハブ24の基端に接続される針保護部材26とを備える。
次に、第1変形例に係るカテーテル組立体10Aについて説明する。なお、後述の説明において、上記実施形態と同一の参照符号は、同一の構成又は同一の機能を有するものとし、以下、その詳細な説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るカテーテル組立体200について説明する。カテーテル組立体200は、図13及び図14に示すように、針ハブ202の形状が第1実施形態に係るカテーテル組立体10の針ハブ18と異なる。具体的には、針ハブ202は、ハウジング204と、ハウジング204から先端方向に突出する一対のアーム212とを有する。
また、図15に示す第2変形例に係るカテーテル組立体220(針ハブ222)は、第2実施形態に係る針ハブ202と同様に一対のアーム212を有するが、さらに一対のアーム212間を架橋する連結架橋部224を備えた構成となっている。連結架橋部224は、一対のアーム212の先端側の内面且つ下方位置で、該一対のアーム212に一体成形されている。この連結架橋部224は、ハウジング204の下壁206の幅方向と一致する長さで、且つ一対の側辺部32a及びガイド溝部32bを有する。さらに、連結架橋部224の軸方向長さは、支持部材44の設置範囲に対応しており、支持部材44を下側に露出しないように設定されている。
さらに、図16に示す第3変形例に係るカテーテル組立体230(針ハブ232)は、上記の連結架橋部224に代えて、一対のアーム212の先端側を連結する連結棒324を備えた構成となっている。連結棒324は、例えば金属材からなり丸棒に成形された部材である。連結棒324は、連結架橋部224と同様に、一対のアーム212間を下壁206の幅方向と一致する長さで架橋することで、一対のアーム212の間隔を一定とする。
Claims (1)
- 中空のカテーテルと、
前記カテーテルを固定保持するカテーテルハブと、
針先を有し、前記カテーテルの内部に離脱可能に挿通される内針と、
前記内針を固定保持する針ハブと、
前記内針に対する前記カテーテルの相対移動を操作可能なカテーテル操作部材と、
前記針ハブ及び前記カテーテル操作部材とは別体に構成され、前記針ハブに対して移動可能な支持部材と、を備え、
前記支持部材は、上下方向に延び出る軸棒部と、前記軸棒部から前記軸棒部の軸心と直交する方向に向けて、前記カテーテル操作部材に保持された前記カテーテルに接触可能な長さで延び出た支持本体部と、を有し、
前記支持本体部は、前記カテーテルを接触支持可能な第1位置と、前記第1位置と異なる位置で前記カテーテルに非接触となる第2位置とに移動自在であり、
前記支持本体部は、前記軸棒部を中心に回転することで前記第1位置と前記第2位置とに移動する、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体。
