Claims (10)
- バッテリーセル組立体であって、
複数の円筒型セルを含む複数の円筒型セルブロックと、
前記複数の円筒型セルブロックの上側を覆い、前記複数の円筒型セルブロックを電気的に接続するブロックカバーと、
前記ブロックカバーに対向配置され、前記複数の円筒型セルブロックの下側に配置される冷却プレートと、
前記冷却プレートと前記複数の円筒型セルブロックとの間に配置され、前記複数の円筒型セルの底部に対応するように複数の熱伝導材料が備えられる熱伝達部材とを含み、
前記ブロックカバーは、隣接する円筒型セルブロックを電気的に接続するためのセルブロック溶接部を備え、隣接する円筒型セルブロックは、前記セルブロック溶接部を通じて相互に溶接される、バッテリーセル組立体。 - 前記複数の円筒型セルブロックは、隣接する円筒型セルブロックとブロック結合できるように、隣接する円筒型セルブロックと相互に対応する形状を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル組立体。
- 前記複数の円筒型セルブロックは、それぞれ、
前記複数の円筒型セルと、
前記複数の円筒型セルの底部を収容するボトムカバーと、
前記ボトムカバーと結合され、前記複数の円筒型セルの上部を覆うトップカバーと、
前記トップカバーの上側に備えられ、前記複数の円筒型セルを電気的に接続する一対のバスバー部材と、
前記一対のバスバー部材の間に設けられる絶縁部材とを含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセル組立体。 - 前記複数の円筒型セルブロックは、それぞれ、前記複数の円筒型セルのうち少なくとも一つで発火したとき、隣接した円筒型セルへの火炎拡散を遮断するための少なくとも一つの断熱部材をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーセル組立体。
- バッテリーセル組立体であって、
複数の円筒型セルを含む複数の円筒型セルブロックと、
前記複数の円筒型セルブロックの上側を覆い、前記複数の円筒型セルブロックを電気的に接続するブロックカバーと、
前記ブロックカバーに対向配置され、前記複数の円筒型セルブロックの下側に配置される冷却プレートと、
前記冷却プレートと前記複数の円筒型セルブロックとの間に配置され、前記複数の円筒型セルの底部に対応するように複数の熱伝導材料が備えられる熱伝達部材とを含み、
前記複数の円筒型セルブロックは、それぞれ、
前記複数の円筒型セルの上部を覆うトップカバーと、
前記複数の円筒型セルのうち少なくとも一つで発火したとき、隣接した円筒型セルへの火炎拡散を遮断するための複数の断熱部材とをさらに含み、
前記複数の断熱部材は、
前記複数の円筒型セルの側面を覆う第1断熱部材と、
前記複数の円筒型セルの上側を覆い、前記トップカバーの内側に配置される第2断熱部材と、
前記第2断熱部材と所定距離だけ離隔して配置され、前記トップカバーの上側に露出する第3断熱部材とを含む、バッテリーセル組立体。 - 前記少なくとも一つの断熱部材は、雲母断熱材からなる、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーセル組立体。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセル組立体をパッケージングするモジュールケースとを含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセル組立体を覆うメインカバーと、
前記メインカバーと結合され、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセル組立体の前方を覆うフロントカバーとを含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項7または8に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースとを含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
