Description
Claims (3)
- 周期的に血糖を測定するセンサーモジュールがアプリケーターの内部に挿入された状態で1つの単位製品として組み立て製作され、前記アプリケーターの作動によって前記センサーモジュールが外部に突出されて身体に付着する連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体であって、
前記アプリケーターには、前記センサーモジュールが前記アプリケーターの内部に挿入された状態で、外部露出が遮断されるように別の保護キャップが分離可能に結合され、
前記センサーモジュールの身体接触面には、前記センサーモジュールが身体に付着するように接着テープおよび剥離紙を付着し、
前記剥離紙は、一側が前記保護キャップに接着され、前記剥離紙には、2つの切開線が相互に平行に形成され、
前記接着テープの剥離紙は、前記保護キャップを前記アプリケーターから分離する過程で、前記切開線に沿って、前記保護キャップとともに前記接着テープから分離除去されるように形成され、
前記保護キャップは、
前記アプリケーターの外周面を覆いながら前記アプリケーターの一端部に結合されるように形成される外側カバー部と、
前記外側カバー部の一端から前記アプリケーターの内側の中心方向に延長される延長部と、
前記延長部の一端から上向き延長され、前記アプリケーターの内部に挿入されたセンサーモジュールの身体接触面を支持する内側支持部を
含み、
前記センサーモジュールの身体接触面と前記保護キャップの内側支持部の上面との間に前記接着テープおよび剥離紙が配置され、
前記剥離紙は、前記保護キャップを分離する過程で、前記保護キャップとともに前記接着テープから分離除去されるように、前記保護キャップが前記アプリケーターに結合された状態で前記保護キャップの内側支持部の上面に付着し、
前記剥離紙の露出面には、前記剥離紙が前記保護キャップの内側支持部の上面に付着するように別の接着部材が接着され、
前記2つの切開線が前記接着部材の幅と同じ大きさの離隔距離を有する連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。 - 前記保護キャップには、前記保護キャップが前記アプリケーターに結合された状態で分離防止されるようにロック部材が形成され、
前記ロック部材は、使用者の操作によってロックおよびロック解除されるように形成される請求項1に記載の連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。 - 前記アプリケーターには、ロック係止溝が形成され、
前記ロック部材は、
前記保護キャップの一側に回動可能に結合されるロックレバーと、
前記ロック係止溝に挿入して噛み合うように前記ロックレバーの一端に形成されるロック係止突起を含み、
前記ロックレバーは、前記ロック係止突起が前記ロック係止溝に挿入して噛み合う方向に弾性支持される請求項2に記載の連続血糖測定器用センサーアプリケーター組立体。
