Description
本出願は、2019年1月17日付の韓国特許出願第10−2019−0006154号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
前記(a)ビニルシアン化合物−共役ジエン化合物−芳香族ビニル化合物グラフト共重合体は、一例として、ベース樹脂内に20〜40重量%、または20〜35重量%、好ましくは25〜32重量%、より好ましくは27〜30重量%含まれてもよく、この範囲内で、機械的強度、流動性及び物性バランスに優れるという効果がある。
前記α−メチルスチレン系化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体は、ベース樹脂内に、一例として、60〜80重量%、または65〜80重量%、好ましくは68〜75重量%、より好ましくは70〜73重量%含まれてもよく、この場合に、耐熱性及び物性バランスに優れるという効果がある。
前記アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミンは、ベース樹脂100重量部に対して、0.4〜3重量部、好ましくは0.5〜2.7重量部、より好ましくは0.5〜2.5重量部、さらに好ましくは0.5〜2重量部含まれてもよく、この場合に、流動性、耐熱性及び機械的強度の低下なしに、耐化学性及び塗装性に優れるという効果がある。
*AMS耐熱樹脂(α−メチルスチレン系化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体):α−メチルスチレン69重量%とアクリロニトリル31重量%の共重合体であるLG化学社の100UH
*APEI(アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミン):BASF社のPN80(アルコキシ化率:60重量%以上、ブルックフィールド粘度計で測定した動粘性係数(Dynamic viscosity;50℃):1000〜1200mPa・s)
*PEI(ポリエチレンイミン):アルコキシ化されていないポリエチレンイミンであって、BASF社のLupasol G20(重量平均分子量1300g/mol、ブルックフィールド粘度計で測定した動粘性係数(Dynamic viscosity;50℃)400mPa・s)
ABS樹脂27重量%及びAMS耐熱樹脂73重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部に、アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミン0.5重量部を、二軸押出機を用いて250℃及び300rpm下で溶融混練及び押出し、前記押出物をペレット形状に製造した。前記ペレット形状の押出物を80℃で4時間乾燥させた後、射出機にて射出温度240℃、金型温度60℃及び射出速度10mm/secの条件下で射出成形して、各種物性を測定するための試験片を製造した。
実施例1において、ABS樹脂及びAMS耐熱樹脂を含むベース樹脂に、アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミン又はポリエチレンイミンを、下記表1及び表2の組成比で混合した以外は、前記実施例1と同様に行った。
前記実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜8で製造された試験片の特性を下記の方法により測定し、その結果を、下記の表1及び表2に示した。
*アイゾット衝撃強度(kgf・cm/cm):試験片の厚さ1/4"を用いて、ASTM D256に準拠して測定した。
*流動性(g/10min):ASTM D256に準拠して、220℃及び10kgの条件下で測定した。
*HDT(熱変形温度;℃):試験片の厚さ1/4"を用いて、ASTM D648に準拠して18.6kgf/cm2の荷重条件下で測定した。
*耐化学性:1.7%のひずみ(strain)を有する曲率ジグ(jig)に、試験片サイズ200×12.7×3.2mmを固定し、シンナー(ノルビーケミカル、T803)200μlを塗布した後、試験片にクラックが発生する時間を測定した。
*塗装性:試験片サイズ10cm×10cmをイソプロピルアルコールで脱脂した後、ブラック塗料(KCC社のUT578(A)−EB(PC))を50ml噴射し、5分後、クリア塗料(KCC社、UT5015−A−CLEAR)を50ml噴射した後、85℃のオーブンで30分間乾燥させた後、塗装面のピンホール(pinhole)の個数を観察して、下記の基準で評価して記載した。
○:ピンホールの発生がない
△:角部位に1〜5個のピンホール発生
×:角部位に6個以上のピンホール発生
Claims (11)
- ビニルシアン化合物−共役ジエン化合物−芳香族ビニル化合物グラフト共重合体20〜40重量%及びα−メチルスチレン系化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体60〜80重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と;アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミン0.4〜3重量部と;を含み、
前記アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミンは、アルコキシ化率が60重量%以上であることを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミンは、エトキシ化ポリエチレンイミン、プロポキシ化ポリエチレンイミン、エトキシ化−ブトキシ化ポリエチレンイミン、及びエトキシ化−プロポキシ化−ブトキシ化ポリエチレンイミンからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミンは、ブルックフィールド粘度計により40℃で測定した動粘性係数(Dynamic viscosity)が700〜1500mPa・sであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ビニルシアン化合物−共役ジエン化合物−芳香族ビニル化合物グラフト共重合体は、共役ジエンゴム40〜80重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物10〜40重量%及びビニルシアン化合物1〜20重量%を含んでグラフト重合されたグラフト共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記α−メチルスチレン系化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体は、α−メチルスチレン系化合物50〜80重量%及びビニルシアン化合物20〜50重量%を含んで重合された共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記α−メチルスチレン系化合物は、α−メチルスチレン及びその誘導体からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、1.7%のひずみ(strain)を有する曲率ジグ(jig)に、試験片サイズ200×12.7×3.2mmを固定し、シンナー(ナフサ45重量%、キシレン25重量%、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル20重量%及び酢酸n−ブチル10重量%が混合されたシンナー)200μlを塗布した後、試験片にクラックが発生する時間を測定する耐化学性評価において、耐化学性が300秒以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、試験片サイズ10cm×10cmをイソプロピルアルコールで脱脂した後、ブラック塗料(メチルメタクリレート、ブチルアクリレート−2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート共重合体、熱硬化性アクリル樹脂、カーボンブラック及び溶媒を含む塗料)を50ml噴射し、5分後、クリア塗料(ブチル 2−メチルプロプ−2−エノエート、2−ヒドロキシエチル 2−メチルプロプ−2−エノエート、メチル 2−メチルプロプ−2−エノエート、スチレン、熱硬化性アクリル樹脂及び有機溶媒を含む塗料)を50ml噴射した後、85℃のオーブンで30分間乾燥させた後、塗装面のピンホール(pinhole)の発生個数を観察する塗装性評価において、ピンホールが発生しないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、ASTM D256に準拠して試験片サイズ1/4"で測定した衝撃強度が20kgf・cm/cm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- ビニルシアン化合物−共役ジエン化合物−芳香族ビニル化合物グラフト共重合体20〜40重量%及びα−メチルスチレン系化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体60〜80重量%を含むベース樹脂100重量部と;アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミン0.4〜3重量部と;を230〜270℃及び200〜400rpmの条件下で溶融混練した後、押出させるステップを含み、
前記アルコキシ化ポリエチレンイミンは、アルコキシ化率が60重量%以上であることを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物で製造されることを特徴とする、成形品。
