Description
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されることなく、他の様々な形態で実施可能である。例えば、上述の実施形態を以下のように変形して本発明を実施してもよい。なお、上述した実施形態および以下の変形例は、各々を組み合わせてもよい。
本変形例によれば、分岐溝22A〜分岐溝22Dの先細りの先端からブシュ1の周方向へ潤滑油が供給され、焼き付きの発生を抑制することができる。
本変形例においても、分岐溝23A〜分岐溝23Dの先細りの先端からブシュ1の周方向へ潤滑油が供給され、焼き付きの発生を抑制することができる。
本変形例においては、溝21A〜溝21Fの先細りの先端からブシュ1の周方向へ潤滑油が供給され、焼き付きの発生を抑制することができる。
本変形例においては、分岐溝21A〜分岐溝21Dの先細りの先端と、分岐溝24A〜分岐溝24Dの先細りの先端からブシュ1の周方向へ潤滑油が供給され、焼き付きの発生を抑制することができる。

Claims (3)
- 円筒状に形成され、軸に対して摺動する内周面を有するすべり軸受であって、
プレス加工により形成され、前記内周面において延伸方向が周方向の成分を有する方向である第1溝と、
プレス加工により形成され、前記第1溝から分岐し、少なくとも前記第1溝から予め定められた範囲内においては、延伸方向が軸方向の成分を有する方向である少なくとも2つの第2溝を有し、
前記第2溝の前記第1溝側とは反対側の先端から予め定められた範囲内は、前記先端に向かって幅または深さが漸減しており、
前記内周面において、軸方向の一の端部から他の端部にわたって、前記第1溝および前記少なくとも2つの第2溝のいずれもが形成されていない帯状領域が存在し、
前記少なくとも2つの第2の溝は、前記第1溝に関して対称な形状の一対の左右対称溝を含み、
当該一対の左右対称溝は2つ設けられ、
当該2つの左右対称溝対は前記帯状領域を挟んで対向する、
すべり軸受。 - 前記第2溝のうち前記軸方向の一方の端面に最も近い第2溝および前記軸方向の他方の端面に最も近い第2溝は、前記先端から予め定められた範囲内においては、当該第2溝の溝壁のうち端面に近い第1壁面の延伸方向と軸方向とがなす角度が、当該第2溝の溝壁のうち端面から遠い第2壁面の延伸方向と軸方向がなす角度より大きい
請求項1に記載のすべり軸受。 - 前記第2溝の先端から周方向へ引いた仮想線が、当該第2溝において先細っている部分の領域内に収まる
