図1〜図8を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態である回路付サスペンション基板1を説明する。
図4に示す実施形態では、スライダ搭載領域(例えば、内側ベース絶縁層36の後端部)に配置される複数の配線(第3電源端子61C、第1後側電源配線62Cおよび信号配線63C)(台座80を構成しない配線)が、第2導体パターン6として形成されているが、すなわち、これらの配線は、台座80を構成する複数の配線(61C、62C、63C)と同時に形成されているが、例えば、図9に示すように、内側ベース絶縁層36の後端部に配置される複数の配線(台座80を構成しない配線)は、第1導体パターン4として形成することもできる。
図10〜図13を参照して、第2実施形態の回路付サスペンション基板1について説明する。なお、第2実施形態において、上記した第1実施形態と同様の部材には同様の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
図12に示す実施形態では、スライダ搭載領域(例えば、内側ベース絶縁層36の後端部)に配置される複数の配線(第3電源配線61C、第1電源配線262Cおよび後側信号配線263C)(台座80を構成しない配線)は、第1導体パターンとして形成されているが、すなわち、これらの配線は、台座80を構成する複数の配線(61C、262C、263C)と同時に形成されているが、例えば、図14で示すように、内側ベース絶縁層36の後端部に配置される複数の配線(台座80を構成しない配線)は、第2導体パターンとして形成することもできる。
第1実施形態および第2実施形態では、第1台座81および第2台座82は、それぞれ、複数(4つ)の配線を備えているが、配線の数は限定されず、例えば、2、3、または、5つ以上の配線を備えることもできる。

前記電子部品と電気的に接続するための電子部品接続端子、および、前記第1絶縁層の上に配置される第1配線を備える第1導体層と、
前記スライダに設けられる磁気ヘッドと電気的に接続するための磁気ヘッド接続端子、および、少なくとも一部が前記第2絶縁層の上に配置される第2配線を備える第2導体層と
