Claims (9)
- 弁体と、前記弁体を駆動する可動部を吸引する磁気吸引力を生じさせるコイルと、を備える燃料噴射装置の制御装置であって、噴射パルスに基づき前記コイルに所定の電圧を印加し最大電流になるまで前記コイルに駆動電流を流して、前記可動部を吸引して前記弁体を駆動させ燃料を噴射させる燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
前記弁体が、所望の最大リフト位置に到達する前に前記コイルに流す駆動電流を前記最大電流から低下させ、前記弁体が前記所望の最大リフト位置に到達するまで、前記コイルに前記所定の電圧よりも低い一定値又は0Vの電圧を印加し続け、
前記所望の最大リフト位置が、前記弁体が最も移動した位置である最大高さ位置よりも低い位置である場合に、
前記コイルに、前記一定値又は0Vの電圧を印加する区間において、前記噴射パルスを遮断して、前記噴射パルスを遮断しない場合よりも、前記コイルに流す駆動電流をより低下させて、前記弁体を前記最大高さ位置よりも低い位置まで開弁させる前記弁体の開弁期間を制御する燃料噴射装置の制御装置。 - 弁体と、前記弁体を駆動する可動部を吸引する磁気吸引力を生じさせるコイルと、を備える燃料噴射装置の制御装置であって、噴射パルスに基づき前記コイルに所定の電圧を印加し最大電流になるまで前記コイルに駆動電流を流して、前記可動部を吸引して前記弁体を駆動させ燃料を噴射させる燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
前記弁体が、所望の最大リフト位置に到達する前に前記コイルに流す駆動電流を前記最大電流から低下させ、前記弁体が前記所望の最大リフト位置に到達するまで、前記コイルに前記所定の電圧よりも低い一定値又は0Vの電圧を印加し続け、
前記コイルに流す駆動電流を前記最大電流から低下させ、前記弁体が前記所望の最大リフト位置に到達した後に、前記コイルに流す駆動電流を、前記最大電流よりも低い範囲に保持する燃料噴射装置の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
前記駆動電流を前記最大電流よりも低い範囲に保持した後に、前記噴射パルスを遮断し、前記コイルに流す駆動電流を0にして、前記所望の最大リフト位置に到達した後の前記弁体の開弁期間を制御することを特徴とする燃料噴射装置の制御装置。 - 弁体と、前記弁体を駆動する可動部を吸引する磁気吸引力を生じさせるコイルと、を備える燃料噴射装置の制御装置であって、噴射パルスに基づき前記コイルに所定の電圧を印加し最大電流になるまで前記コイルに駆動電流を流して、前記可動部を吸引して前記弁体を駆動させ燃料を噴射させる燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
前記弁体が、所望の最大リフト位置に到達する前に前記コイルに流す駆動電流を前記最大電流から低下させ、前記弁体が前記所望の最大リフト位置に到達するまで、前記コイルに前記所定の電圧よりも低い一定値又は0Vの電圧を印加し続け、
前記コイルに流す駆動電流が前記最大電流に到達すると前記コイルに印加する前記電圧を変動させて、前記駆動電流を前記最大電流を上限とする所定の範囲に保つ保持期間を設けることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
前記燃料噴射装置に供給する燃料の圧力を検出する圧力検出部を備え、
前記圧力検出部により検出した前記圧力が所定の値より高い場合には、前記駆動電流の前記保持期間を設け、前記圧力が前記所定の値より低い場合には前記駆動電流の前記保持期間を設けずに前記コイルに流す駆動電流を前記最大電流から低下させることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
複数の燃料噴射装置がそれぞれ、吸気工程、圧縮工程、膨張行程、排気工程を含む燃焼サイクルを行う気筒に設けられ、
一の気筒と他の気筒とで、燃料の噴射タイミングが重なる場合には、前記一の気筒と前記他の気筒とに対応する燃料噴射装置について、前記駆動電流を前記最大電流を上限とする所定の範囲に保つ前記保持期間を設けることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
低電圧源と、前記低電圧源よりも電圧値が高い高電圧源を備え、
前記最大電流に到達するまで、前記高電圧源から前記コイルに電圧を印加し、
前記コイルに印加する前記電圧を変動させる場合には、前記コイルに対して、前記高電圧源から電圧の印加と、前記低電圧源からの電圧の印加を交互に行うことを特徴とする燃料噴射装置の制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至7に記載の燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
前記燃料噴射装置と設置電位との間に第一のスイッチング素子と、前記燃料噴射装置と低電圧源の間に第二のスイッチング素子とを設け、
前記コイルに流す駆動電流を最大電流から低下させる際には、前記第一および第二のスイッチング素子を遮断することを特徴とする燃料噴射装置の制御装置。 - 弁体と、前記弁体を駆動する可動部を吸引する磁気吸引力を生じさせるコイルと、を備える燃料噴射装置の制御装置であって、噴射パルスに基づき前記コイルに所定の電圧を印加し最大電流になるまで前記コイルに駆動電流を流して、前記可動部を吸引して前記弁体を駆動させ燃料を噴射させる燃料噴射装置の制御装置において、
前記燃料噴射装置に供給する燃料の圧力を検出する圧力検出部を備え、
前記弁体が、所望の最大リフト位置に到達する前に前記コイルに流す駆動電流を前記最大電流から低下させ、前記弁体が前記所望の最大リフト位置に到達するまで、前記コイルに前記所定の電圧よりも低い一定値又は0Vの電圧を印加し続け、
前記圧力検出部により検出した圧力が、所定の値より高い場合には、前記最大電流の電流値を大きくする、又は、前記駆動電流を前記最大電流を上限とする所定の範囲に保つ保持期間の時間を長くすることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置の制御装置。
