Description
工具及びワークを相対移動させながら前記ワークを加工する工作機械であって、
前記ワークが加工される加工領域を外部から仕切るカバー体と、
前記ワークの加工に際して用いられ、前記加工領域の雰囲気温度を調整する温度調整手段とを備えた工作機械に係る。
図1は本発明の実施形態に係るNC工作機械1の概略的な構成を示す平面図であり、図2は図1のNC工作機械1の正面図である。図1及び図2に示すように、NC工作機械1は、NC工作機械本体10と、該NC工作機械本体10の近傍に配設されたパレット交換装置16と、ワークWが加工される加工領域を外部から仕切るカバー体2と、主軸6とテーブル7とを相対移動させる送り機構(図示せず)と、主軸6に装着された工具を新たな工具と交換する工具交換装置(図示せず)と、各送り機構部及び工具交換装置の動作を制御する制御部20と、加工されたワークWの加工精度を測定する測定システム40と、ワークWの加工の際に用いられ、カバー体2内の加工領域の雰囲気温度を調整する温度調整手段30とを備えて構成される。
図3は本発明の実施形態の変形例1に係る工作機械1Aの概略的な構成を示す平面図である。図3の工作機械1Aは、図1の工作機械1と比較すると、制御部20の代わりに制御部20Aを備えたことが相違する。
図4は本発明の実施形態の変形例2に係る工作機械1Bの概略的な構成を示す平面図である。図4の工作機械1Bは、図1の工作機械1と比較すると、制御部20の代わりに制御部20Bを備えたことが相違する。

Claims (5)
- 工具及びワークを相対移動させながら前記ワークを加工する工作機械であって、
前記ワークが加工される加工領域を外部から仕切るカバー体と、
前記ワークの加工に際して用いられ、前記加工領域の雰囲気温度を調整する温度調整手段とを備え、
前記温度調整手段は、
前記雰囲気温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記ワークに向けて流体を噴射する流体噴射ノズルと、
前記温度センサにより検出された温度に応じて、前記流体が噴射されるように前記流体噴射ノズルの噴射動作を制御するとともに、前記ワークの加工の終了時から所定の時間間隔だけ、前記噴射ノズルから噴射される噴射量が最大となるように前記流体噴射ノズルの噴射動作を制御する制御部とを備えていることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記制御部は、前記温度センサにより検出された温度が第1温度以上となるときに、前記噴射ノズルから噴射される噴射量が最大となるように前記流体噴射ノズルの噴射動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の工作機械。
- 工具及びワークを相対移動させながら前記ワークを加工する工作機械であって、
前記ワークが加工される加工領域を外部から仕切るカバー体と、
前記ワークの加工に際して用いられ、前記加工領域の雰囲気温度を調整する温度調整手段とを備え、
前記温度調整手段は、
前記雰囲気温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記加工領域内の空気を吸引する空気吸引機と、
前記温度センサにより検出された温度に応じて、前記加工領域内の空気を吸引するように前記空気吸引機の吸引動作を制御するとともに、前記ワークの加工の終了時から所定の時間間隔だけ、前記空気吸引機によって吸引される吸引量が最大となるように前記空気吸引機の吸引動作を制御する制御部とを備えたことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記制御部は、前記温度センサにより検出された温度が第2温度以上となるときに、前記空気吸引機によって吸引される吸引量が最大となるように前記空気吸引機の吸引動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項3記載の工作機械。
- 前記ワーク表面の形状測定を行う機内測定システムをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記温度センサにより検出された温度が第3温度以下となるときに、前記機内測定システムが前記ワーク表面の形状測定を行うように制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1つに記載の工作機械。
