Description
図1及び図2は、本実施形態のタイヤ加硫装置1全体の側面断面図である。図2は、図1のタイヤ加硫装置1の左側半分の拡大図である。図1及び図2に示されるように、タイヤ加硫装置1は、加硫金型2とブラダー部3を含んで構成される。本実施形態のタイヤ加硫装置1は、加硫金型2内に装着される加硫前の生タイヤTaに、加硫金型2から加熱する外側加熱と、生タイヤTaのタイヤ内腔面Tiをブラダー部3で加熱する内側加熱とを行うことにより、生タイヤTaを加硫するものである。

Claims (4)
- タイヤのサイドウォール部の外面を成形するサイド成形面と、前記サイド成形面の逆側を向く非成形面とを有するサイドモールド、及び、前記サイドモールドに隣接しかつ前記非成形面側から加熱して前記サイド成形面と接する生タイヤを加硫する加熱部を含むタイヤ加硫装置であって、
前記サイドモールドは、前記生タイヤの加硫温度よりも低い温度の第1の流体が供給される供給側部と、前記第1の流体が排出される排出側部とを含む流路を有し、
前記生タイヤのタイヤ内腔面を成形するゴムブラダーと、前記ゴムブラダーを膨張させるための第2の流体を前記ゴムブラダーに供給する供給路とを含み、
前記排出側部は、前記供給路に接続されることを特徴とするタイヤ加硫装置。 - 前記流路は、サイドウォール部に沿って円周方向にのびる請求項1記載のタイヤ加硫装置。
- 前記流路は、前記非成形面から前記サイド成形面に向かって凹む溝状部である請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫装置。
- 前記第1の流体は、2MPa以上の窒素ガスである請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ加硫装置。
