Description
Claims (9)
- 車両に用いられる光起電力(PV)モジュールの製造方法であって、
第1ガラス基板及び第2ガラス基板を供給する工程と、
予め決められた、太陽電池の厚さ、積層材の種類、及び積層プロセスを考慮して、流入される前記積層材に気泡が混入しないような細長い形状に形成された複数のスルーホールを有する前記太陽電池を供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板と、それらの間に配置した前記太陽電池とを前記積層材を介して互いに積層する積層工程と、
を含み、
前記積層工程中、前記太陽電池の前記複数のスルーホールが前記積層材で少なくとも実質上塞がれ、
前記スルーホールが全体として、前記PVモジュールを通過する可視透過率が少なくとも選択された目標値を達成できるように選択された総面積を有する
光起電力(PV)モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記目標値が10%である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記太陽電池には、導電性材料の格子が設けられている、
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記スルーホールは、前記格子から間隔を空けて配置される、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記間隔は、少なくとも約1mmである、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記スルーホールは、前記格子間の実質上中央にある、
請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 複数のバスバーを前記太陽電池に接続する工程を更に含む、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記各々のスルーホールは、丸角を有する、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された光起電力(PV)モジュールを供給する工程と、
前記PVモジュールを前記車両に組み込む工程と、を含む、
車両の製造方法。
