Description
Claims (19)
- 車両に使用される一体型光起電力(PV:photovoltaic)モジュールの製造方法であって、
鉄含有量が0.001〜0.06重量%であり、厚さが1.5〜3.5mmである低鉄ガラス基板である第1ガラス基板を供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板よりも鉄含有量が多く、厚さが1.5〜3.5mmである第2ガラス基板を前記第1ガラス基板と実質上平行に供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板の主面と前記第2ガラス基板の主面との間にPVアレイを供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板を、それらの間にある前記PVアレイと共に積層する積層工程と、
を含み、
前記積層工程は、前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の鉄含有量の差による前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の熱膨張率の差を相殺するように前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の加熱量を調節することを含み、前記積層工程で前記第1ガラス基板を加熱するための加熱プロファイルは、前記積層工程で前記第2ガラス基板を加熱するための加熱プロファイルと異なり、
前記PVモジュールは、車両の屋根に関して予め決められた寸法、形状及び重さに準じた重さとなるように、寸法が決定され、成形されて、構築される、
光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記積層工程が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を用いて行われる、
請求項1に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記PVBの厚さが0.38mm〜0.76mmである、
請求項2に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記PVアレイが、薄箔基板上に配置されたセレン化ガリウムインジウム銅(CIGS)系太陽電池を包含する、
請求項1に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板を熱間曲げ処理する工程を更に含む、
請求項1に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板がまとめて実質上同時に曲げ処理される、
請求項5に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第2ガラス基板の鉄分が前記第1ガラス基板よりも多い、
請求項6に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記積層工程が、前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の組成に応じて前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の加熱量を調節することを含む、
請求項7に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - セラミックフリットを前記第1ガラス基板の前記主面の上に予め決められたパターンで配置する工程を更に含む、
請求項1に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記積層工程がUV硬化性液状ウレタンを用いて行われる、
請求項1に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 車両の屋根用の一体型光起電力(PV:photovoltaic)モジュールの製造方法であって、
鉄含有量が0.001〜0.06重量%であり、第1厚さを有する第1ガラス基板を供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板よりも鉄含有量が多く、前記第1ガラス基板よりも可視透過率が低く、第2厚さを有する第2ガラス基板を、前記第1ガラス基板と実質上平行に供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板の間に太陽電池アレイを挿入する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板を、それらの間にある前記太陽電池アレイと共に積層する積層工程と、
を含み、
前記積層工程は、前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の鉄含有量の差による前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の熱膨張率の差を相殺するように前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の加熱量を調節することを含み、前記積層工程で前記第1ガラス基板を加熱するための加熱プロファイルは、前記積層工程で前記第2ガラス基板を加熱するための加熱プロファイルと異なる
光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記積層工程が、前記第1ガラス基板と前記太陽電池アレイとの間にある第1量のポリビニルブチラール(PVB)又はエチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、及び前記太陽電池アレイと前記第2ガラス基板との間にある第2量のPVB又はEVAを用いて行われる、
請求項11に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記積層材料がPVBであり、前記第1量及び前記第2量が少なくとも最初は約0.38mm〜0.76mmの厚さを有する、
請求項12に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記薄膜太陽電池アレイが、薄箔基板上に配置されたセレン化ガリウムインジウム銅(CIGS:copper indium gallium selenide)系の太陽電池を包含する、
請求項11に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板を熱間曲げ処理する工程を更に含む、
請求項11に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板が、前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の組成に応じた加熱量を前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板に加えることによって熱間曲げ処理される、
請求項11に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記積層工程が、前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の組成に応じて前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の加熱量を調節することを含む、
請求項11に記載の光起電力モジュールの製造方法。 - 車両の製造方法であって、
請求項11に従って一体型PVモジュールを供給する工程と、
前記一体型PVモジュールを車両に組み込む工程と、
を含む車両の製造方法。 - 前記車両が自動車であり、そして前記一体型PVモジュールがサンルーフである、
請求項18に記載の車両の製造方法。
