Description
このようにすれば、温度判断手段は、変圧器の温度を計測するのが困難な場合でも、変圧器に流れた積算電流値が監視時間内に所定電流値以上に上昇した場合に、変圧器の温度が第1の所定温度以上に上昇したと判断することができる。
このようにすれば、配分比率制御手段は、変圧器の温度が第1の所定温度以上で高くなるほど第2の電動機に配分する電力の配分比率を減少させる。これにより、変圧器の温度は効率的に抑制され、車両性能の低下を効率的に抑制することができる。
このようにすれば、比較的簡単な制御で変圧器の温度が効率的に抑制され、車両の走行性能を効率的に維持することができる。
このようにすれば、出力抑制制御手段は、変圧器の温度が第1の所定温度よりも高い第2の所定温度以上に上昇した場合に変圧器の出力を抑制するので、変圧器を過熱による故障から保護することができる。
このようにすれば、比較的簡単な制御で変圧器の温度が効率的に抑制され、変圧器を過熱による故障から効率的に保護することができる。
このようにすれば、高圧バッテリに充電された電力で第1の電動機を駆動することができる。
図1に示すように、本発明の実施形態に係る電動車両1は、四輪駆動の電動車両であって、電動車両1を駆動するための電力が充電される高圧バッテリ11と、高圧バッテリ11の電池電圧よりも高い電圧の電力を発電する発電機12と、発電機12の発電電圧の電力で駆動される第1の電動機13と、高圧バッテリ11の電池電圧の電力で駆動される第2の電動機14と、を備えている。
したがって、例えば、高圧バッテリ11の電池電圧を300Vとし、第1の電動機13が駆動される電力の電圧を650Vとすれば、発電機12の発電電圧は650Vとなり、第2の電動機14を駆動する電力の電圧は300Vとなる。
尚、配分比率減少温度判断手段45は、温度センサ等によりVCU43の温度を直接測定することが好ましいが、上述したように、VCU43を流れた積算電流値を測定するものでもよい。
尚、出力抑制温度判断手段47は、配分比率減少温度判断手段45と同様、温度センサ等によりVCU43の温度を直接測定することが好ましいが、上述したように、VCU43を流れた積算電流値を測定するものでもよい。
図5に示すように、電動車両1が登坂する場合のように、電動車両1をシリーズモードで連続高負荷運転を継続すると、VCU43の温度が上昇し、やがて、VCU43の温度が配分比率減少温度T1以上に上昇する。そして、配分比率減少温度判断手段45がVCU43の温度が配分比率減少温度T1以上に上昇したと判断すると、配分比率制御手段46は、リヤモータ18(第2の電動機14)に配分する電力(駆動力)の配分比率を減少させる。
同様に、出力抑制温度判断手段47は、VCU43の温度を計測するのが困難な場合でも、VCU43に流れた積算電流値が監視時間内に出力抑制電流値以上に上昇した場合に、VCU43の温度が出力抑制温度T2以上に上昇したと判断することができる。

Claims (8)
- 電動車両を駆動するための電力が充電される高圧バッテリと、
前記高圧バッテリの電池電圧よりも高い電圧の電力を発電する発電機と、
前記発電機の発電電圧の電力で駆動される第1の電動機と、
前記高圧バッテリの電池電圧の電力で駆動される第2の電動機と、
前記発電機で発電された電力のうち前記高圧バッテリに配分される一部を前記発電機の発電電圧から前記高圧バッテリの電池電圧に降圧する変圧器と、
前記変圧器の温度が第1の所定温度以上に上昇したと判断した場合に前記発電機から前記第2の電動機に配分する電力の配分比率を減少させる制御装置と
を備えることを特徴とする電動車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記変圧器の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上に上昇した場合、又は、前記変圧器を流れた積算電流値が監視時間内に所定電流値以上に上昇した場合に、前記変圧器の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上に上昇したと判断する温度判断手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記変圧器の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上で高くなるほど、又は、前記変圧器に流れた積算電流値が監視時間内に前記所定電流値以上で大きくなるほど、前記第2の電動機に配分する電力の配分比率を減少させる配分比率制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動車両。
- 前記配分比率制御手段は、前記変圧器の温度と関連づけた電動機の配分抑制ゲインを設定し、該配分抑制ゲインに基づいて前記第2の電動機に配分する電力の配分比率を減少させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記変圧器の温度が前記第1の所定温度よりも高い第2の所定温度以上に上昇したと判断した場合に前記変圧器の出力を抑制する出力抑制制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動車両。
- 前記出力抑制制御手段は、前記変圧器の温度と関連づけた変圧器の出力抑制ゲインを設定し、該出力抑制ゲインに基づいて前記変圧器の出力を抑制することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電動車両。
- 前記変圧器は、前記高圧バッテリに充電された電力を前記第1の電動機と前記第2の電動機とに配分する場合に前記第1の電動機に配分する電力を電池電圧から発電電圧に昇圧することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電動車両。
- 前記第1の電動機は、前輪を駆動するフロントモータであり、
前記第2の電動機は、後輪を駆動するリヤモータであること
を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電動車両。
