ポンプアセンブリ(113)は、機能ユニット(100、100´)に形成された凹部(111)に配置され、タンクモジュール(300)に連通し、ライン配置(150、160、170、171、172、180、190)を介して作動シリンダ構造(400)に機能的に接続され、軸受キャリアカバー(115)によって電気駆動ユニット(200)のドライランニング駆動モータ(210、211)から密封されている。
Claims (13)
- ブレーキ解除装置の機能ユニット(100)であって、
ポンプアセンブリ(113)を受ける凹部(111)と、
作動シリンダ構造(400)を受ける作動シリンダ支持部(119)と、
駆動ハウジングアセンブリ(203、201)を受け、前記凹部(111)を取り囲むハウジング接続部(107)とを含み、
前記機能ユニット(100)は、一体の機能ブロックとして形成され、そこでは、前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)、前記凹部(111)、及び複数の液圧媒体の流路(150、160、170、171、172、180、190)が展開され、前記流路はライン構造を形成し、
軸受キャリアカバー(115)を受ける軸受キャリア接続部(114)が前記ハウジング接続部(107)及び前記凹部(111)の間に形成され、前記軸受キャリア接続部は前記凹部を取り囲む機能ユニット(100)。 - タンクモジュール(300)に接続するシーリング領域(109)を含み、前記シーリング領域は前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)を取り囲む請求項1に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)は前記機能ブロック(100)のベース領域(105)に形成され、前記ベース領域(109)は前記シーリング領域の内側に延在する請求項2に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 前記タンクモジュールは、主軸(2)と平行に延びるライン(190)を介して、前記凹部(111)に、及び前記凹部(111)の外面に接続された請求項2又は3に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 逆止弁(152)を受ける第1の弁接続部(152a)が前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)及び前記シーリング領域(109)との間に設けられた請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 2/2方弁(153、154)を受ける少なくとも1つの第2の弁支持部(153a、154a)が前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)及び前記シーリング領域(109)との間に設けられ、前記第2の弁支持部は前記ライン構造に接続された請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 前記第2の弁支持部(153a、154a)は、主軸(2)に平行に延びるライン(154b、153b)を介して前記凹部(111)に接続された請求項6に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 圧力制限弁(151)を受ける第3の弁接続部(151a)が前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)及び前記シーリング領域(109)との間に設けられた請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 絞り弁(155´)を受ける第4の弁接続部(155a)が前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)及び前記シーリング領域(109)との間に設けられた請求項2から8のいずれか一項に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 圧力キー(156)を受ける圧力キー支持部(156a)が前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)及び前記シーリング領域(109)との間に設けられた請求項2から9のいずれか一項に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 前記作動シリンダ支持部(119)及び前記シーリング領域(109)との間、並びに前記凹部(111)及びハウジング接続部(107)との間に開いたケーブル通路(191b)が、前記機能ユニット(100)を通り、シーリングケーブル通路(191)の支持部(191a)がタンク側部に形成された請求項2から10のいずれか一項に記載の機能ユニット(100)。
- 請求項2から11のいずれか一項に記載の機能ユニット(100)を有するブレーキ解除装置(1)。
- 請求項12に記載のブレーキ解除装置(1)を有するブレーキ構造。
