最新の撮像ジオメトリ推定を、調整された前記撮像ジオメトリに設定し、断層再構成画質メトリックが停止基準を有しないときに設定を繰り返し、その他の場合には最新の前記3次元再構成と最新の前記撮像ジオメトリ推定をコンピュータがアクセス可能なメモリに格納するステップと、
を含む方法。
