Description
エンジン1は、走行用の駆動力源であり、例えば多気筒ガソリンエンジンである。エンジン1の出力軸であるクランクシャフト11はトルクコンバータ2に連結されている。クランクシャフト11の回転数(エンジン回転数)はエンジン回転数センサ201によって検出される。
トルクコンバータ2は、入力軸側のポンプインペラ21と、出力軸側のタービンランナ22と、トルク増幅機能を発現するステータ23と、ワンウェイクラッチ24とを備え、ポンプインペラ21とタービンランナ22との間で流体を介して動力伝達を行う。トルクコンバータ2には、当該トルクコンバータ2の入力側と出力側とを直結またはスリップ状態で連結する多板ロックアップクラッチ3が設けられている。トルクコンバータ2のタービンシャフト26の回転数(タービン回転数)はタービン回転数センサ202によって検出される。
図3に示すように、多板ロックアップクラッチ3は、クラッチプレート(摩擦係合板)31,32、及び、それらクラッチプレート31とクラッチプレート32とを押圧可能なロックアップピストン33を備えている。クラッチプレート31はトルクコンバータ2のフロントカバー2aに固定されたクラッチハブに軸方向に摺動自在に支持されており、クラッチプレート32はタービンランナ22に接続されたクラッチハブに軸方向に摺動自在に支持されている。ロックアップピストン33は、トルクコンバータ2の内部に軸方向に摺動自在に設けられている。ロックアップピストン33の背面側(フロントカバー2aとは反対側)にロックアップ油室34が形成されている。ロックアップ油室34には、作動油を導入(油圧を導入)したり、作動油を排出したりするためのL/U圧入力ポート34aが設けられている。
自動変速機4は、有段式の変速機であり、複数の油圧式の摩擦係合要素及び遊星歯車装置を含んでいる。自動変速機4では、複数の摩擦係合要素が選択的に係合されることにより、複数のギヤ段(変速段)を選択的に成立させることが可能である。図1に示すように、自動変速機4の入力軸41はトルクコンバータ2のタービンシャフト26に連結されている。自動変速機4の出力ギヤ42はデファレンシャル装置5等を介して駆動輪6に連結されている。
オルタネータ7は、プーリ及び伝動ベルト等を介してエンジン1のクランクシャフト11に連結されている。オルタネータ7は、エンジン1の駆動力の一部によって駆動されて発電を行う。オルタネータ7で発電された電力は、車載の各種電気負荷及びバッテリ8に供給される。
次に、油圧制御回路100について図3を参照して説明する。なお、図3にはトルクコンバータ2及び多板ロックアップクラッチ3の油圧回路構成のみを示している。
ECU200は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、及びバックアップRAMなどを備えている。
次に、ECU200が実行するフューエルカット制御について説明する。
ECU200が実行する自動変速機4の変速制御は、例えば、車速センサ205の出力信号から得られる車速と、アクセル開度センサ204の出力信号から得られるアクセル開度とに基づいて変速マップを参照して目標変速段を求め、その目標変速段と現状変速段(例えば油圧制御回路100への現在の変速指令から認識)とを比較して変速操作が必要であるか否かを判定する。その判定結果により、変速の必要がない場合(目標変速段と現状変速段とが同じで、変速段が適切に設定されている場合)には、油圧制御回路100に変速指令を出力せずに現状変速段を維持する。一方、目標変速段と現状変速段とが異なる場合には、目標変速段となるように油圧制御回路100に変速指令を出力して変速を行う。
次に、ECU200が実行するロックアップクラッチ制御について説明する。
ECU200はオルタネータ7の発電電圧を制御する。具体的には、ECU200は、バッテリ8の必要充電電圧(目標充電電圧値にまでに必要な充電電圧)などに基づいて目標発電電圧(指示電圧)を設定(本発明の「発電制御手段」の処理の一部に相当)し、その目標発電電圧をオルタネータ7のICレギュレータに指令(電圧制御指令)する。ICレギュレータは、ECU200からの目標発電電圧に応じてフィールドコイルに流れる電流(界磁電流)をデューティ制御することによって、オルタネータ7の発電電圧を制御する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、減速時ロックアップクラッチ制御実行中に発電制御が実行中となり、さらにアップシフト変速制御が実行される場合は、アップシフト変速制御実行中における発電制御の発電電圧(負荷トルク)を固定しているので、減速時にロックアップクラッチ制御及び発電制御にアップシフト変速制御が重なっても、エンジントルク変化を抑制することができる。これにより、ロックアップクラッチ制御を適切に行うことが可能になる。
なお、今回開示した実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって、限定的な解釈の根拠となるものではない。したがって、本発明の技術的範囲は、上記した実施形態のみによって解釈されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲の記載に基づいて画定される。また、本発明の技術的範囲には、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれる。

Claims (3)
- エンジンと、変速機と、前記変速機に設けられたロックアップクラッチと、前記エンジンの駆動力の一部によって駆動されて発電を行う発電機とを備えた車両に適用される制御装置であって、
前記ロックアップクラッチの係合制御を行うロックアップクラッチ制御手段と、前記変速機の変速制御を行う変速制御手段と、前記発電機の目標発電電圧を設定するとともに、当該発電機の発電電圧を制御する発電制御手段とを備え、
前記発電制御手段は、
車両減速時に前記ロックアップクラッチ制御実行中である場合に、前記変速機の変速制御が実行されない場合は、前記発電制御の発電電圧を、前記目標発電電圧に向けて第1の割合で増加させ、
車両減速時に前記ロックアップクラッチ制御実行中である場合に、前記変速機のアップシフト変速制御が実行される場合は、当該アップシフト変速制御実行中の前記発電制御の発電電圧を固定し、
車両減速時に前記ロックアップクラッチ制御実行中である場合に、前記変速機のダウンシフト変速制御が実行される場合は、当該ダウンシフト変速制御実行中の前記発電制御の発電電圧を、前記目標発電電圧に向けて前記第1の割合よりも小さな第2の割合で増加させることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
車両減速時における前記ロックアップクラッチ制御実行中でない場合に、前記変速機の変速制御が実行される場合は、当該変速制御実行中の発電電圧を固定することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記変速制御中に発電電圧を固定する場合は、当該変速制御が終了してから所定時間が経過するまで発電電圧の固定を継続することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
