以下、本発明の二次電池の実施形態3について、図1から図6までを援用し、図8を用いて説明する。図8は、本実施形態の二次電池100Aを示す斜視図である。
Claims (5)
- 異なる材料からなる正極及び負極の外部端子を備え、該正極及び負極の外部端子のうち一方の外部端子と同種の材料からなるバスバーによって直列に接続される二次電池であって、
前記一方の外部端子の材料に対する溶接性に優れた材料からなり、前記正極及び負極の外部端子のうち他方の外部端子に超音波圧接されると共に、前記バスバーが溶接されるバスバー接合面を有する金属部材を備え、
前記バスバー接合面の算術平均粗さRaは、6.3μm以下であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 異なる材料からなる正極及び負極の外部端子を備え、該正極及び負極の外部端子のうち一方の外部端子と同種の材料からなるバスバーによって直列に接続される二次電池であって、
前記一方の外部端子の材料に対する溶接性に優れた材料からなり、前記正極及び負極の外部端子のうち他方の外部端子に超音波圧接されると共に、前記バスバーが溶接されるバスバー接合面を有する金属部材を備え、
前記バスバー接合面は、前記超音波圧接によって凹凸が形成された前記金属部材の表面の一部に形成された平滑面であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記金属部材は、前記一方の外部端子の材料と同種の材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記一方の外部端子の材料は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金であり、
前記他方の外部端子の材料は、銅又は銅合金であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記一方の外部端子の材料は、銅又は銅合金であり、
前記他方の外部端子の材料は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
