以下、第1の実施形態に係る車両用駆動装置3の油圧制御装置5を、図1乃至図4に沿って説明する。尚、本明細書中で連結とは、互いの回転要素が駆動力を伝達可能に連結された状態を指し、それら回転要素が一体的に回転するように連結された状態、あるいはそれら回転要素がクラッチ等を介して駆動力を伝達可能に連結された状態を含む概念として用いる。

- 出力する駆動力の回転方向を正逆切換可能な回転電機と、
前記回転電機に連結された入力部材と、
車輪に連結された出力部材と、
油圧を供給するオイルポンプと、
前記入力部材と前記出力部材との間の動力伝達経路上に配置され、ソレノイドバルブの制御による油圧の給排により係脱する複数の係合要素を有し、係脱する前記係合要素の組み合わせにより第1の変速段又は前記第1の変速段より低速側の第2の変速段を形成し、前記第1の変速段では前記回転電機の逆回転出力を許容しない自動変速機と、を備え、
前記第2の変速段を形成しつつ前記回転電機を逆転させることで車両の後進を達成する車両用駆動装置の油圧制御装置において、
第1の信号圧を供給可能な第1の信号ソレノイドバルブと、
前記第1の信号圧により位置する第1の位置と付勢部材の付勢力により位置する第2の位置とに切換可能なスプールを有し、シフト位置が前進走行レンジにあり通常モードである場合は、前記スプールを前記第1の位置に切り換えて自己保持し、シフト位置が前記前進走行レンジにあり全てのソレノイドバルブが非通電となるオールオフフェールモードである場合は、前記スプールの前記第1の位置での自己保持を維持して前記第1の変速段を形成する前記係合要素に油圧を供給し、シフト位置が後進走行レンジにあり前記通常モードである場合は、前記スプールを前記第2の位置に切り換え、シフト位置が前記後進走行レンジにあり前記オールオフフェールモードである場合は、前記第2の変速段を形成する前記係合要素に油圧を供給するレンジ切換え部と、を備える、

前記ソレノイドバルブは、前記第1の係合要素に油圧を給排することで前記第1の係合要素を係脱可能で前記オイルポンプからの元圧が常時供給される第1のソレノイドバルブと、前記第2の係合要素に油圧を給排することで前記第2の係合要素を係脱可能な第2のソレノイドバルブと、前記第3の係合要素に油圧を給排することで前記第3の係合要素を係脱可能で前記元圧が常時供給される第3のソレノイドバルブとであり、
前記レンジ切換え部は、
前記スプールである第1のスプールを有し、前記第1のスプールが前記第1の位置にある場合は前記第1のスプールを自己保持するための保持圧及び第1の油圧を出力し、前記第1のスプールが前記第2の位置にある場合は第2の油圧を出力する第1の切換えバルブと、
前記通常モードで位置する通常位置と前記オールオフフェールモードで位置するフェール位置とに切換可能な第2のスプールを有し、前記第2のスプールが前記フェール位置にある場合は、前記第1の油圧と前記第2の油圧と前記元圧とのいずれかを前記第1の係合要素に供給し、前記第1の油圧を前記第2の係合要素に供給し、前記第2の油圧を前記第3の係合要素に供給する第2の切換えバルブと、を備える、

ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両用駆動装置の油圧制御装置。 - 前記レンジ切換え部は、シフト位置が前記前進走行レンジにあり前記通常モードである場合は、前記スプールを前記第1の位置に切り換えて、前記オイルポンプから供給される第1の元圧により自己保持し、シフト位置が前記前進走行レンジにあり前記オールオフフェールモードである場合は、前記スプールの前記第1の位置での自己保持を前記第1の元圧により維持して、前記第1の変速段を形成する前記係合要素に前記オイルポンプから供給される第2の元圧を供給し、シフト位置が前記後進走行レンジにあり前記オールオフフェールモードである場合は、前記第2の変速段を形成する前記係合要素に前記第2の元圧を供給するレンジ切換えバルブである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用駆動装置の油圧制御装置。 - 前記レンジ切換えバルブは、前記ソレノイドバルブを経由することなく、前記係合要素の油圧サーボに油圧を供給可能である、

ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置の油圧制御装置。 - 前記レンジ切換え部の前記スプールを前記第2の位置に押圧可能な第2の信号圧を供給可能な第2の信号ソレノイドバルブを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置の油圧制御装置。
