Description
Claims (10)
- 熱交換器であって、
熱交換バンドル(3)が設けられたハウジング(11)と、
前記熱交換バンドル内を循環する冷却液のコレクタ(13)と、
前記熱交換器ハウジングおよび前記冷却液コレクタの側壁部を形成するコレクタプレート(15)と、
を備え、
前記コレクタプレート(15)には、前記バンドルの冷却液流路と連通するオリフィス(27)が設けられ、
前記コレクタプレート(15)は、前記冷却液コレクタ(13)に固定された平坦な接続部分(33a、35a)を有し、
前記平坦な接続部分(33a、35a)は、少なくとも1つのオリフィス(27)の周縁部に隣接しており、
前記コレクタプレート(15)は、前記接続部分(33a、35a)に隣接して配置されるとともにハウジング壁を形成するプレート(17、19)に接触する平坦なエッジ部分(33b、35b)を有し、
前記コレクタプレートの前記平坦なエッジ部分(33b、35b)は、前記接続部分(33a、35a)に対して直角で折り曲げられている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記コレクタプレート(15)は、前記オリフィス(27)に適合された中央部分を有し、当該中央部分は、平坦である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コレクタ(13)は、前記コレクタプレートの前記接続部分(33a、35a)に固定されるように配置された平坦なエッジ(45)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コレクタの前記平坦なエッジ(45)は、コレクタ壁から生じており、
前記平坦なエッジ(45)は、当該平坦なエッジが前記コレクタプレートの前記接続部分(33a、35a)に対して平坦に置かれることを許容するように外側に向かって折り曲げられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記バンドル(3)は、平面視において前記コレクタプレートの前記オリフィス(27)を取り囲む平坦な端部エッジ(29)を有するプレート(5)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コレクタの前記平坦なエッジ(45)および前記バンドルの前記プレート(5)の少なくとも1つの前記平坦な端部エッジ(29)の1つは、前記接続部分(33a、35a)のいずれか一方の側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コレクタの前記平坦なエッジ(45)および前記平坦な端部エッジ(29)は、前記接続部分(33a、35a)に対して互いに逆側に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コレクタプレートの前記平坦なエッジ部分(33b、35b)は、前記ハウジング壁の前記プレートの平坦なエッジ(47、49)と平坦に接触している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コレクタプレートの前記平坦なエッジ部分(33b、35b)は、前記コレクタプレート(15)の周縁部の折り曲げ部から生じている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コレクタ(13)は、前記接続部分(33a、35a)に隣接している前記周縁部のレベルで配置された壁部を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
