Claims (5)
- 高分子電解質膜と、
前記高分子電解質膜の第1面に設けられたアノード電極と、
前記高分子電解質膜の第2面に設けられたカソード電極とを含む電極部と、
前記電極部の、前記アノード電極が設けられたアノード面と前記カソード電極が設けられたカソード面それぞれに当接した一対のガス拡散層とを有する電極−膜接合体と、
前記電極−膜接合体を前記アノード面および前記カソード面からそれぞれ挟み込む一対のセパレータと、を備え、
前記一対のセパレータのそれぞれには、燃料ガス、酸化剤ガスの一方を前記電極部に供給および排出する流路溝と、前記流路溝の供給端、排出端にそれぞれ繋がる一対の接続溝と、前記一対の接続溝のそれぞれを介して前記流路溝に繋がる一対のマニホールドとが形成されており、
前記電極−膜接合体と前記一対のセパレータのそれぞれとは、少なくとも一部に繊維を含有する樹脂で構成された樹脂部によって互いに接着されており、
前記一対のガス拡散層のそれぞれの端部の一部に前記樹脂部が含浸し、前記樹脂部における、前記一対の接続溝に露出している部分では種類の異なる樹脂が積層されている、
燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記繊維は絶縁性の熱硬化性樹脂で形成された織布を構成している、
請求項1記載の燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記一対のセパレータのそれぞれには、燃料ガス、酸化剤ガスの一方を前記電極部に供給および排出する流路溝と、前記流路溝の供給端、排出端にそれぞれ繋がる一対の接続溝と、前記一対の接続溝のそれぞれを介して前記流路溝に繋がる一対のマニホールドとが形成されており、
流体の流れる方向に垂直な断面において、一対の接続溝のそれぞれの断面積は、複数本の前記流路溝のうちひとつの断面積より大きい
請求項1、2のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の、積層された複数の燃料電池モジュールと、
前記複数の燃料電池モジュールのうちの2つの間に配置された複数のガスケットと、を備えた、
燃料電池スタック。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池モジュールを複数積層して構成される燃料電池スタックであって、
前記複数の燃料電池モジュールは、前記複数の樹脂部によって接着されて、一体に接合されている、
燃料電池スタック。
