Description
(a)布地の第1の側に第1の布地被覆(「第1の被覆」)と布地の第2の側にオプションで第2の布地被覆(「第2の被覆」)とを持つ布地を有する被覆布地構造体(「構造体」又は「階層化構造体」)と、(b)基板表面を持つ基板及び前記基板表面により含まれる光源、特にLEDを有する照明ユニット、特にLEDユニットとを有し、前記照明ユニットは前記被覆布地構造体内に設けられ、前記照明ユニットは第1の布地被覆を通って光(「ライト」)を供給する。
Claims (14)
- 布地の第1の側に第1の布地被覆を持つ布地を有する被覆布地構造体と、基板表面を持つ基板及び前記基板表面に含まれる光源を有する照明ユニットとを有し、前記照明ユニットは、第1の布地被覆を通って光を供給するために前記被覆布地構造体内に設けられ、前記基板表面は、導電コネクタ部分が電源に電気的に接続されるとき、前記光源に電力を供給する前記導電コネクタ部分を更に有する、照明機能を持つ布地製品。
- 前記被覆布地構造体は、前記光源から離れる前記光源の光の少なくとも一部をガイドする光ガイドを更に有する、請求項1に記載の布地製品。
- 前記照明ユニットは複数の導電コネクタを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の布地製品。
- 布地の第2の側に充填材を有する第2の布地被覆を持ち、第1の布地被覆は、第1の布地被覆の総量に対して、第2の布地被覆の総量に対する充填物より少ない充填物を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の布地製品。
- 200℃より低く50℃より高い温度で溶解するはんだで前記基板が前記布地に付着されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の布地製品。
- 前記照明ユニットは複数の光源を有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の布地製品。
- 複数の照明ユニットを有し、2つ以上の照明ユニットが、前記被覆布地構造体内に設けられた導電ワイヤにより電気的に接続されている、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の布地製品。
- 前記布地製品が1つの照明ユニットに対し複数の導電ワイヤを有する、請求項7に記載の布地製品。
- トレーラー布地、家具カバー、帆、防水布、カーテン、建築的アウトドア布地、建築的インドア布地及びテント布地を有する被覆織物のグループから選択される布地製品であって、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の布地製品。
- 布地の第1の側に第1の布地被覆を持つ布地を有する被覆布地構造体と、基板表面を持つ基板及び前記基板表面に含まれる光源を有する照明ユニットとを有し、前記照明ユニットは、第1の布地被覆を通って光を供給するために前記被覆布地構造体内に設けられ、前記基板表面は、少なくとも一部が第1の被覆によりカバーされていない導電コネクタ部分を更に有し、前記導電コネクタ部分は、電源に電気的に接続されるとき、前記光源へ電力を供給する、照明機能を持つ布地製品。
- 前記導電コネクタと物理的且つ電気的に接続され、前記光源へ電力を給電するための電源を更に有する、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の布地製品。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の布地製品を製造するための方法であって、基板表面を持つ基板と前記基板表面に含まれる光源とを有する照明ユニットを布地に付与するステップと、前記照明ユニットが第1の布地被覆を通って光を供給するために第1の被覆プロセスで前記照明ユニットを持つ前記布地を第1の布地被覆で被覆するステップとを有し、前記基板表面は、導電コネクタ部分が電源に電気的に接続されるとき、前記光源に電力を供給する前記導電コネクタ部分を更に有する、方法。
- 200℃より低く50℃より高い温度で溶解するはんだで前記布地上に前記照明ユニットを配するステップと、第1の布地被覆で前記布地及び前記照明ユニットを被覆するステップとを有し、前記はんだ及び第1の被覆プロセス条件が、第1の被覆プロセスの間で前記はんだを融解するために選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 布地製品及び電源を供給するステップと、前記電源と前記導電コネクタ部分とを電気的に接続するステップと、電力を前記光源へ供給するステップとを有する、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の照明機能を持つ前記布地製品を照明させるための方法。
