Claims (8)
- 組成の一般式がSi6-zAlzOzN8-z:Re(Reは、マンガン、セリウム、ユウロピウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含む付活剤であり、0<Z<4.2)で示される蛍光体の製造方法であって、
前記一般式で示される組成物を、1500℃以上2200℃以下の温度で、100MPa以上の窒素雰囲気下で等方的に圧力を加えながら焼成する工程と、
前記焼成された焼成体を、水素を含む雰囲気下で1400℃以上2000℃以下に加熱してアニール処理を施す工程と
を含む蛍光体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の蛍光体の製造方法において、さらに、
前記焼成する工程に先立ち、ケイ素化合物と、アルミニウム化合物と、前記付活剤の化合物を含む混合物を焼成することにより前記組成物を得る工程を含む蛍光体の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の蛍光体の製造方法において、
前記組成物を得る工程が、前記混合物を、1900℃以上2200℃以下の温度で、100MPa以上の窒素雰囲気下で等方的に圧力を加えながら焼成する工程である蛍光体の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の蛍光体の製造方法において、
前記温度の保持時間が、4時間以上である蛍光体の製造方法。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光体の製造方法において、
前記ケイ素化合物が窒化ケイ素であり、前記アルミニウム化合物が窒化アルミニウムであり、前記付活剤の化合物が酸化ユーロピウムである蛍光体の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の蛍光体の製造方法において、
前記組成物を得る工程が、前記混合物を、圧力が0.5MPa以上207MPа以下の窒素雰囲気にて焼成する工程である蛍光体の製造方法。 - 請求項2又は6に記載の蛍光体の製造方法において、
前記組成物を得る工程が、前記混合物を、温度が1900℃以上2200℃以下で焼成する工程である蛍光体の製造方法。 - 請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光体の製造方法において、
前記ケイ素化合物、前記アルミニウム化合物および前記付活剤の化合物の平均粒径が、それぞれ0.1μm以上15μm以下である蛍光体の製造方法。
