Description
Claims (8)
- エンジンと、
それぞれ発電機能を有する第1モータおよび第2モータと、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータへ前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを駆動させるための電力を供給し、かつ、前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータの少なくともいずれか一方で発電された電力を充電する蓄電装置と、
前記エンジンに連結された第1回転要素と、前記第1モータに連結された第2回転要素と、出力部材および前記第2モータに連結された第3回転要素とを有し、各回転要素が差動作用を生じる動力分割機構と、
前記エンジンから駆動輪に到る動力伝達経路中に設けられたクラッチとを備え、
前記クラッチを係合させることにより前記エンジンと前記駆動輪との間をトルク伝達可能にさせ、前記クラッチを解放させることにより前記エンジンと前記駆動輪との間でトルクの伝達を遮断させるように構成されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記クラッチが解放状態に維持されて前記クラッチを係合することができず、かつ、前記蓄電装置の充電量が所定の第1閾値よりも高い場合に、前記第1モータを駆動させることにより前記蓄電装置の電力を消費させる駆動制御を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 第2閾値は、前記第1閾値よりも小さい値であり、
前記充電量が前記駆動制御により前記第2閾値よりも低くなった場合には、前記駆動制御を停止させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記クラッチが解放状態に維持されて前記クラッチを係合することができず、かつ、前記充電量が前記第1閾値以下であっても前記充電量が前記第1閾値よりも高くなることが予測された場合には、前記駆動制御を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記第1モータに連結されたオイルポンプおよび補機をさらに備え、
前記駆動制御される前記第1モータの回転方向は、前記オイルポンプおよび前記補機を駆動させる回転方向であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記動力分割機構は、前記回転要素としてサンギヤとキャリヤとリングギヤとを有するシングルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第3回転要素は、前記サンギヤおよび前記リングギヤのうちのどちらか一方によって構成され、
前記第1回転要素の回転数を前記第3回転要素の回転数よりも大きくするように前記駆動制御を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記動力分割機構は、前記回転要素としてサンギヤとキャリヤとリングギヤとを有するダブルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構により構成され、
前記第3回転要素は、前記サンギヤおよび前記キャリヤのうちのどちらか一方によって構成され、
前記第1回転要素の回転数を前記第3回転要素の回転数よりも大きくするように前記駆動制御を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両が後進走行していない場合、前記駆動制御を実行できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両が減速している場合、前記第2モータを回生制御するとともに前記駆動制御を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
