Description
独国特許第19811667号は、電気的な差込みコネクタの絶縁体を開示する。接続されるケーブルの絶縁された導体端部は、絶縁体の、導体端部のために設けられた収容部に挿入される。次いで絶縁体は、差込みコネクタのハウジング半部のチャンバ内に導入される。差込みコネクタの2つのハウジング半部の相互の螺合により、圧接クランプの二股状に形成された領域へケーブルの個々の導体が導入され、その結果、絶縁部は切断され、導体は電気的に接触接続される。
本発明の目的は、ケーブルのケーブル心線が簡単にかつ確実に接触接続することができる、接触接続装置を提供するということである。
接続されるケーブルの導体は、絶縁体1の個々の押圧部材3内に相前後して導入される。押圧部材3は、種々異なって色づけされていてよく、例えば各導体の絶縁材料と同じ色を有する。これにより差込みコネクタにおけるケーブルの誤った接続は防がれる。

Claims (8)
- 絶縁体(1)であって、差込みコネクタハウジング(40)の、前記絶縁体(1)用に設けられているチャンバ(30)内に導入可能な絶縁体(1)と、
少なくとも1つの導体を収容することに適している少なくとも1つの押圧部材(3)であって、前記絶縁体(1)に旋回可能に枢着されている少なくとも1つの押圧部材(3)と、
前記導体の端部部分の電気的な接触接続用の少なくとも1つの接触接続手段(10)と、から成り、
前記絶縁体(1)は、少なくとも1つの切欠き(2)を有し、該切欠き(2)はまた、前記少なくとも1つの接触接続手段(10)を有し、該接触接続手段は圧接クランプ(10)であり、該圧接クランプは、前記切欠き(2)内に分離不能に締め付けられており、該圧接クランプは、実質的にU字形の構成部材として形成され、その両端部において側方の面が延長されており、一方の端部において、延長された面が互いに向かって曲げられていて、二股状の圧接領域を形成しており、他方の端部において延長された面は、弾性的なクランプ開口を形成している、
差込みコネクタに、接続されるケーブルの1つ又は複数の導体を電気的に接触接続する接触接続装置であって、
前記押圧部材(3)は係止手段(6)を有しており、該係止手段(6)が、前記絶縁体(1)に設けられている旋回支承部(7)に、前記絶縁体(1)の軸線に向かって旋回可能に枢着されており、
前記絶縁体(1)を前記旋回支承部(7)側から、前記絶縁体(1)用に設けられているチャンバ(30)内に押し込むことにより、前記押圧部材(3)は、前記絶縁体(1)の少なくとも1つの切欠き(2)に埋没可能に構成されており、前記押圧部材(3)が前記切欠き(2)内に埋没すると、前記導体の端部部分は、前記圧接クランプ(10)の二股状の領域内に押圧されて電気的に接触接続されることを特徴とする、差込みコネクタに、接続されるケーブルの1つ又は複数の導体を電気的に接触接続する接触接続装置。 - 前記絶縁体(1)は複数の溝(4)を有し、該溝(4)内に、前記差込みコネクタハウジングのチャンバ(30)の内側において延びているウェブ(31)が導入可能であり、前記ウェブ(31)は、接続されるケーブルの導体ペアを互いに電磁的にシールドすることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の接触接続装置。
- 前記押圧部材(3)は、前記ケーブル心線収容部(3a)と旋回アーム(3b)とから成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の接触接続装置。
- 前記絶縁体(1)は円筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の接触接続装置。
- 前記絶縁体(1)は直方体状であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の接触接続装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの押圧部材(3)は、前記絶縁体(1)の軸線方向に方向付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の接触接続装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの押圧部材(3)は、前記切欠き(2)内に完全に埋没される手前の第1の係止位置で、前記絶縁体(1)に保持ピン(8)を介して係止可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の接触接続装置。
- 前記押圧部材(3)は、前記切欠き(2)内に完全に埋没される第2の係止位置で、前記絶縁体(1)に係止可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の接触接続装置。
