Claims (14)
- 基板と、
前記基板に設置する透明導電層と、
前記透明導電層に設置する導電装飾パッドと、
前記透明導電層及び前記導電装飾パッドに設置し、前記導電装飾パッド上であってこのパッド内に開口を有する装飾層と、
前記装飾層に設置し、前記開口を介して前記透明導電層と電気的接続する不透明な導電層と、を備えるタッチパネルであって、
前記導電装飾パッドのカラーは前記装飾層のカラーと近似していることを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 前記導電装飾パッドは、前記開口を完全に遮断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記導電装飾パッドの電気伝導能力は前記装飾層よりも優れていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記導電装飾パッドの形状は任意の形状であり、そのカラーは任意の色であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記導電装飾パッドの材料は、炭素、ナノ銅、ナノ銀、または導電性ポリマー樹脂を含み、前記装飾層の材料は、絶縁性を有するさまざまなカラーインクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記不透明な導電層の一部は、前記開口に設置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記開口に設置する導電性充填剤をさらに、備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記透明導電層はタッチ検知回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 接続ピンと、
前記接続ピンと前記不透明な導電層を接着する導電接着剤と、をさらに、備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記タッチパネルは抵抗膜方式タッチパネル、或いは静電容量式タッチパネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記基板はタッチセンシングと保護の機能を兼備していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記基板は透明プラスチック基板、或いは透明ガラス基板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 基板上に透明導電層を形成するステップと、
前記透明導電層上に導電装飾パッドを形成するステップと、
前記導電装飾パッド上に装飾層を形成するステップであって、該装飾層は、前記導電装飾パッド上であってこのパッド内に開口を有している、装飾層を形成するステップと、
前記装飾層上に不透明な導電層を形成するステップと、を備え、
前記装飾層は前記導電装飾パッド上に開口を有し、前記不透明な導電層は前記開口を介して前記透明導電層と電気的接続され、
前記導電装飾パッドのカラーは前記装飾層のカラーと近似していること、を特徴とするタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記基板は透明プラスチック基板、或いは透明ガラス基板であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。
