Claims (14)
- 基板と、前記基板上に配される透明導電層と、前記基板上と前記透明導電層上とに配される遮蔽装飾層と、前記透明導電層上と前記遮蔽装飾層上とに配される透明導電接続層であって、該透明導電接続層は前記透明導電層から前記遮蔽装飾層に向けて延伸されると共に該延伸された透明導電接続層の端部が前記透明導電層の周縁を超える、透明導電接続層と、前記遮蔽装飾層上と前記透明導電接続層上とに配されるが前記透明導電層上には配されていない不透明導電層と、を備えることを特徴とするタッチパネル。
- 前記遮蔽装飾層上において、前記不透明導電層が、前記透明導電層に向けて延伸されるが前記透明導電層の前記遮蔽装飾層側の周縁まで達していないことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記遮蔽装飾層の材料には絶縁性のカラーインクが含有され、前記透明導電接続層の材料には導電性ポリマー或いはインジウムスズ酸化物が含有され、前記不透明導電層の材料には銀、銅、モリブデン或いはアルミニウムが含有されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記遮蔽装飾層の配色は、前記透明導電接続層の配色には対応しておらず、さまざまなカラーであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載のタッチパネル。
- 接続ピンと、前記接続ピンと前記不透明導電層とを接着する導電接着剤と、を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載のタッチパネル。
- 請求項1記載のタッチパネルにおいて、前記遮蔽装飾層は前記透明導電層上に開口を有し、前記透明導電接続層は前記開口を充填し、前記タッチパネルは、前記透明導電接続層上に配されて前記開口を遮蔽するもう一つの遮蔽装飾層を更に備えることを特徴とするタッチパネル。
- 前記タッチパネルは抵抗膜方式タッチパネル又は静電容量式タッチパネルであり、前記透明導電層にはタッチ検知回路が備わっていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記基板はタッチセンシング機能と保護機能を共に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
- 二つの基板ユニットと、空気層とを有するタッチパネルにおいて、二つの前記基板ユニットはそれぞれ、基板と、前記基板上に配される透明導電層と、前記基板上と前記透明導電層上とに配される遮蔽装飾層と、前記透明導電層上と前記遮蔽装飾層上とに配される透明導電接続層であって、該透明導電接続層は前記透明導電層から前記遮蔽装飾層に向けて延伸されると共に該延伸された透明導電性接続層の端部が前記透明導電層の周縁を超える、透明導電接続層と、前記遮蔽装飾層上と前記透明導電接続層上とに配されるが前記透明導電層上には配されていない不透明導電層と、を備えており、前記空気層は二つの前記基板ユニットの二つの前記透明導電層の間に配されるが、二つの前記透明導電層の間には光学接着剤が配されていないことを特徴とするタッチパネル。
- 前記基板が、透明プラスチック基板又は透明ガラス基板であることを特徴とする請求項1または9記載のタッチパネル。
- 基板上に透明導電層を形成するステップと、前記基板上と前記透明導電層上とに遮蔽装飾層を形成するステップと、前記透明導電層上と前記遮蔽装飾層上とに透明導電接続層を形成するステップと、前記遮蔽装飾層上と前記透明導電接続層上とに不透明導電層を形成するステップと、を備え、
前記透明導電接続層を形成するステップは、前記透明導電接続層を前記透明導電層から前記遮蔽装飾層に向けて延伸すると共に該延伸された透明導電性接続層の端部が前記透明導電層の周縁を超えて配されることを含むが、前記不透明導電層を形成するステップは、前記不透明導電層を前記透明導電層上には配さないこと、を特徴とするタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 請求項11記載のタッチパネルの製造方法において、前記遮蔽装飾層は前記透明導電層上に開口を有し、前記透明導電接続層は前記開口を充填し、前記製造方法は、前記透明導電接続層上に前記開口を遮蔽するもう一つの遮蔽装飾層を形成するステップを更に備えることを特徴とするタッチパネルの製造方法。
- 前記基板に、タッチセンシング機能と保護機能を共に備えさせることを特徴とする請求項11記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。
- 前記基板が、透明プラスチック基板又は透明ガラス基板であることを特徴とする請求項11記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。
