Claims (5)
- ハイブリッド建設機械に設けられる動力伝達装置であって、
エンジンと、
前記エンジンの動力により作動することによって発電可能な発電機と、
前記発電機により発電された電力を蓄電可能なバッテリと、
前記エンジンの動力及び前記バッテリの電力により作動可能な電動機と、
前記電動機の作動により駆動するように前記電動機に接続された油圧ポンプと、
前記エンジンの動力が前記発電機と前記電動機とに分配されるように、前記エンジン、前記発電機、及び前記電動機に接続されたパワーデバイダとを備え、
前記パワーデバイダは、前記発電機の回転数が前記電動機の回転数よりも高くなるように、前記エンジンの回転数を変化させる変速機構を有し、
前記変速機構は、前記発電機の定格出力と前記電動機の定格出力との比に相当するギヤ比を有するギヤ機構を有している、動力伝達装置。 - 前記変速機構は、前記エンジンの回転数を増加させた状態で前記エンジンの動力を前記発電機に伝達し、
前記パワーデバイダは、前記エンジンの回転数を維持した状態で前記エンジンの動力を前記電動機に伝達する、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記パワーデバイダと前記電動機との間の動力の伝達経路を接続する接続状態と、前記パワーデバイダと前記電動機との間の動力の伝達経路を分断する分断状態との間で切換動作可能なクラッチと、
前記バッテリの充電量を検出可能な充電量検出器と、
前記充電量検出器により検出されたバッテリの充電量が規定値以上である場合に、前記クラッチを分断状態に切り換え、前記バッテリの電力により前記電動機を作動させ、さらに、エンジンを停止させる動力制御手段とを備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記動力制御手段は、
前記クラッチを接続状態と分断状態との間で切り換えるためのクラッチ切換部材と、
前記電動機の駆動を制御する電動機制御器と、
前記エンジンの駆動を制御するエンジン制御器と、
前記充電量検出器からの検出結果に基づいて、前記クラッチ切換部材、前記電動機制御器、及び前記エンジン制御器に対して制御指令を出力する動力制御器とを備えている、請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 油圧アクチュエータと、
前記油圧アクチュエータを駆動する油圧ポンプを有する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の動力伝達装置とを備えている、ハイブリッド建設機械。
