Claims (7)
- 溝幅が変更可能な第1プーリ及び第2プーリと、前記第1プーリ及び第2プーリとの間に掛け渡されて回転を伝達するベルトと、を備え、前記第1プーリ及び第2プーリの溝幅を変更することにより変速を行う無段変速機であって、
前記第2プーリは、回転軸に固定される固定円錐板と、前記固定円錐板に対して前記回転軸の軸方向に可動する可動円錐板と、前記可動円錐板を可動させるスライド機構と、前記スライド機構の状態を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記スライド機構は、
前記可動円錐板を進退させるピストンと、
前記ピストンを軸方向に移動させるモータジェネレータと、
前記モータジェネレータと前記ピストンとの間に介在する遊星歯車機構と、
前記モータジェネレータと前記遊星歯車機構との間の回転を断続する第1クラッチと、
前記回転軸と前記モータジェネレータとの間の回転を断続する第2クラッチと、を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記第1クラッチを締結した状態で前記モータジェネレータを駆動して前記可動円錐板を移動させることで、前記第2プーリの溝幅を変更し、
前記第2クラッチを締結して、前記回転軸の回転により前記モータジェネレータを発電機として駆動させる
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 前記ピストンは、前記可動円錐板の径方向外周側で前記可動円錐板に当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1クラッチと前記第2クラッチをスリップ状態とし、前記回転軸の回転により前記モータジェネレータ及び前記遊星歯車機構とを回転させて、前記ピストンを軸方向に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記モータジェネレータと前記回転軸との間に第2遊星歯車機構が備えられ、
前記第2クラッチを締結したとき、前記回転軸の回転が前記第2遊星歯車機構により増速されて前記モータジェネレータに伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機。 - 前記第1プーリが駆動力源側に備えられ、前記第2プーリの前記回転軸が変速後の回転を出力することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機。
- 前記第2プーリが駆動力源側に備えられ、前記第1プーリの回転軸が変速後の回転を出力することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機。
- 溝幅が変更可能な第1プーリ及び第2プーリと、前記第1プーリ及び第2プーリとの間に掛け渡されて回転を伝達するベルトと、を備え、前記第2プーリは、回転軸に固定される固定円錐板と、前記固定円錐板に対して前記回転軸の軸方向に可動する可動円錐板と、前記可動円錐板を可動させるスライド機構と、を備え、前記スライド機構は、前記可動円錐板を進退させるピストンと、前記ピストンを軸方向に移動させるモータジェネレータと、前記モータジェネレータと前記ピストンとの間に介在する遊星歯車機構と、前記モータジェネレータと前記遊星歯車機構との間の回転を断続する第1クラッチと、前記回転軸と前記モータジェネレータとの間の回転を断続する第2クラッチと、を備える無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記第1クラッチを締結した状態で前記モータジェネレータを駆動して前記可動円錐板を移動させることで、前記第2プーリの溝幅を変更し、
前記第2クラッチを締結して前記回転軸の回転により前記モータジェネレータを発電機として駆動させる
ことを特徴とする無段変速機の制御方法。
