Description
担体と、
前記担体に積層されて形成された助触媒第1層と、
前記助触媒第1層に積層されて形成されたメタロセン化合物第1層と、
前記メタロセン化合物第1層に積層されて形成された助触媒第2層と、を含み、
前記メタロセン化合物第1層は、下記化学式1ないし3で表されるメタロセン化合物からなる群から選択された1種以上で構成されたことを特徴とする担持メタロセン触媒を提供する。
担体と、
前記担体に積層されて形成された助触媒第1層と、
前記助触媒第1層に積層されて形成されたメタロセン化合物第1層と、
前記メタロセン化合物第1層に積層されて形成された助触媒第2層と、を含み、
前記メタロセン化合物第1層は、下記化学式1で表されるメタロセン化合物及び、化学式2又は3で表されるメタロセン化合物で構成されたことを特徴とする担持メタロセン触媒を提供する。
担体に、アルミニウムを含む有機金属化合物である助触媒1を反応させて、助触媒1が担持された担体を製造するステップと、
前記助触媒第1層が担持された担体に、請求項1または2によるメタロセン化合物を反応させて、助触媒第1層とメタロセン化合物とが担持された担体を製造するステップと、
前記助触媒第1層とメタロセン化合物とが担持された担体に、ホウ素を含む有機金属化合物である助触媒2を反応させて、助触媒第1層、メタロセン化合物及び助触媒第2層が担持された担持メタロセン触媒を製造するステップと、
を含む、担持メタロセン触媒の製造方法を提供する。
本発明による担持メタロセン触媒の存在下で、オレフィン系単量体を重合することを特徴とするポリオレフィンの製造方法を提供する。

- 担体と、
前記担体に積層されて形成され、下記化学式7で表される化合物である助触媒第1層と、
前記助触媒第1層に積層されて形成されたメタロセン化合物第1層と、
前記メタロセン化合物第1層に積層されて形成され、下記化学式8で表される化合物である助触媒第2層と、を含み、
前記メタロセン化合物第1層は、下記化学式1ないし3で表されるメタロセン化合物からなる群から選択された1種以上で構成されたことを特徴とする、ポリオレフィン重合用担持メタロセン触媒;
CpとCp’は、互いに同一または異なるシクロペンタジエニル、インデニル、4,5,6,7−テトラヒドロ−1−インデニル及びフルオレニルラジカルからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つであり;R m とR n は、互いに同一または異なる水素ラジカル、炭素数1〜20のアルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、アルケニル、アルキルアリール、アリールアルキル、アリールアルケニルラジカルまたはアルキルシリルラジカルであり;R 1 とR 2 は、互いに同一または異なる水素又は炭素数1〜6のヒドロカルビルラジカルであり;a、a’、bまたはb’は、それぞれ1〜4の整数であり、
Mは、周期律表の第4B族、第5B族または第6B族の遷移金属であり、
Qは、ハロゲンラジカル、または炭素数1〜20のアルキルラジカル、アルケニルラジカル、アリールラジカル、アルキルアリールラジカル、アリールアルキルラジカル;または炭素数1〜20のアルキリデンラジカルであり、kは、2または3で、zは、0または1であり、kが3であるとき、zは0であり、
Bは、炭素数1〜4のアルキルラジカル、または、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム、リン、窒素、ホウ素またはアルミニウムを含有するヒドロカルビルラジカルからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つであり、
化学式3において、Jは、NR s 、O、PR s 及びSからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つであり、前記R s は、炭素数1〜20のアルキルラジカル、または置換された炭素数1〜20のアルキルラジカルであり、
前記R m 、R n 、BまたはR s の中に存在するいずれか一つの水素ラジカルが、化学式4、5又は6の化合物であり、
Zは、酸素原子であり、
R及びR’は、互いに同一または異なる炭素数1〜20のアルキルラジカルであり、
Gは、炭素数1〜20のアルコキシであり、
Z’は、酸素原子であり、
R及びR”は、互いに同一または異なる、炭素数1〜20のアルキルラジカルであり、
Z”は、酸素原子であり、
R'''のそれぞれは、互いに同一または異なる、炭素数1〜40のアルキルラジカルであり、
R''''は、炭素数1〜40のアルキルラジカルであり、nは、1あり、

化学式8において、T + は、+1価の多原子イオンであり、Bは、+3形式の酸化状態のホウ素であり、Qは、それぞれ独立して、ヒドリド、ジアルキルアミド、ハライド、アルコキシド、アリールオキシド、ヒドロカルビル、ハロカルビル及びハロ置換されたヒドロカルビルラジカルのうちから選択され、前記Qは、20個以下の炭素を有し、
前記化学式1で表される化合物が、[A−O−(CH2)a−C5H4]2ZrCl2または[A−O−(CH2)a−C9H6]ZrCl3であり、上記において、aは4〜8の整数であり、Aは、メトキシメチル、t−ブトキシメチル、テトラヒドロピラニル、テトラヒドロフラニル、1−エトキシエチル、1−メチル−1−メトキシエチル及びt−ブチルからなる群から選択されるいずれか一つであり、
前記化学式2で表される化合物が、[A−O−(CH2)a−C5H4]C(CH3)2[C13H8]ZrCl2、[A−O−(CH2)a−C5H4]Si(CH3)2[C13H8]ZrCl2、[C5H5]C(CH3)(A−O−(CH2)a)[C13H8]ZrCl2または[C5H5]Si(CH3)(A−O−(CH2)a)[C13H8]ZrCl2であり、上記において、aは、4〜8の整数であり、Aは、メトキシメチル、t−ブトキシメチル、テトラヒドロピラニル、テトラヒドロフラニル、1−エトキシエチル、1−メチル−1−メトキシエチル及びt−ブチルからなる群から選択されるいずれか一つであり、
前記化学式3で表されるメタロセン化合物が、[(A’−D−(CH2)a )(CH3)X(C5Me4)(NCMe3)]TiCl2であり、Xは、C、C 2 またはケイ素であり、Dは、酸素または窒素原子であり、A’は、水素、炭素数1〜20のアルキル、アルケニル、アリール、アルキルアリール、アリールアルキル、アルキルシリル、アリールシリル、メトキシメチル、t−ブトキシメチル、テトラヒドロピラニル、テトラヒドロフラニル、1−エトキシエチル、1−メチル−1−メトキシエチル及びt−ブチルからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つである。 - 前記メタロセン化合物第1層は、前記化学式1で表されるメタロセン化合物及び、前記化学式2又は3で表されるメタロセン化合物で構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン重合用担持メタロセン触媒。
- 前記担体が、200℃ないし800℃で乾燥したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリオレフィン重合用担持メタロセン触媒。
- 前記担体が、シリカ、シリカ−アルミナ及びシリカ−マグネシアからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリオレフィン重合用担持メタロセン触媒。
- 前記化学式7で表される化合物が、メチルアルミノキサン(MAO)、エチルアルミノキサン、イソブチルアルミノキサン及びブチルアルミノキサンからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン重合用担持メタロセン触媒。
- 前記助触媒第2層は、トリメチルアンモニウムテトラフェニルボレート、メチルジオクタデシルアンモニウムテトラフェニルボレート、トリエチルアンモニウムテトラフェニルボレート、トリプロピルアンモニウムテトラフェニルボレート、トリ(n−ブチル)アンモニウムテトラフェニルボレート、メチルテトラジシクロオクタデシルアンモニウムテトラフェニルボレート、N,N−ジメチルアニリニウムテトラフェニルボレート、N,N−ジエチルアニリニウムテトラフェニルボレート、N,N−ジメチル(2,4,6−トリメチルアニリニウム)テトラフェニルボレート、トリメチルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、メチルジテトラデシルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、メチルジオクタデシルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリエチルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリプロピルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリ(n−ブチル)アンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリ(sec−ブチル)アンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、N,N−ジメチルアニリニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、N,N−ジエチルアニリニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、N,N−ジメチル(2,4,6−トリメチルアニリニウム)テトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリメチルアンモニウムテトラキス(2,3,4,6−テトラフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリエチルアンモニウムテトラキス(2,3,4,6−テトラフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリプロピルアンモニウムテトラキス(2,3,4,6−テトラフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリ(n−ブチル)アンモニウムテトラキス(2,3,4,6−テトラフルオロフェニル)ボレート、ジメチル(t−ブチル)アンモニウムテトラキス(2,3,4,6−テトラフルオロフェニル)ボレート、N,N−ジメチルアニリニウムテトラキス(2,3,4,6−テトラフルオロフェニル)ボレート、N,N−ジエチルアニリニウムテトラキス(2,3,4,6−テトラフルオロフェニル)ボレート、N,N−ジメチル−(2,4,6−トリメチルアニリニウム)テトラキス−(2,3,4,6−テトラフルオロフェニル)ボレート、ジオクタデシルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、ジテトラデシルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、ジシクロヘキシルアンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリフェニルホスホニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、メチルジオクタデシルホスホニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、トリ(2,6−ジメチルフェニル)ホスホニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、メチルジ(オクタデシル)アンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレート、及びメチルジ(テトラデシル)−アンモニウムテトラキス(ペンタフルオロフェニル)ボレートからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン重合用担持メタロセン触媒。
- 前記助触媒第2層の担持量は、助触媒第2層に含有されたホウ素を基準として、メタロセン化合物に含有された遷移金属1モルに対して0.1ないし10,000モルであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリオレフィン重合用担持メタロセン触媒。
- 担体に、アルミニウムを含む有機金属化合物である助触媒1を反応させて、助触媒第1層が担持された担体を製造するステップと、
前記助触媒第1層が担持された担体に、メタロセン化合物を反応させて、助触媒第1層とメタロセン化合物とが担持された担体を製造するステップと、
前記助触媒第1層とメタロセン化合物とが担持された担体に、ホウ素を含む有機金属化合物である助触媒2を反応させて、助触媒第1層、メタロセン化合物及び助触媒第2層が担持された担持メタロセン触媒を製造するステップと、
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のポリオレフィン重合用担持メタロセン触媒の製造方法。 - 前記担体は、シリカ、シリカ−アルミナ、またはシリカ−マグネシアであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の担持メタロセン触媒の製造方法。
- 前記助触媒1は、メチルアルミノキサン(MAO)、エチルアルミノキサン、イソブチルアルミノキサンまたはブチルアルミノキサンであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の担持メタロセン触媒の製造方法。

- 請求項1又は2による担持メタロセン触媒の存在下で、オレフィン系単量体を重合することを特徴とする、ポリオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記重合が、スラリー工程または気相工程で行われることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のポリオレフィンの製造方法。
- 前記担持メタロセン触媒が、炭素数5ないし12の脂肪族炭化水素溶媒、芳香族炭化水素溶媒、または塩素原子に置換された炭化水素溶媒に希釈させて製造されたスラリー状態でオレフィン系単量体に注入されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のポリオレフィンの製造方法。
