Claims (3)
- 入力軸(12)の軸線上に配置した複数の遊星歯車機構を変速機ケース(13)の内部に収納し、前記複数の遊星歯車機構の各要素、前記入力軸(12)および前記変速機ケース(13)間の結合関係を複数のクラッチおよび複数のブレーキで制御することで所定の変速段を確立する自動変速機において、
各要素が相対回転可能な遊星歯車機構A(PGSb)と、
前記遊星歯車機構A(PGSb)に対して隣接して配置され、各要素が相対回転可能な遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)と、
前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)および前記変速機ケース(13)間に配置され、前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)のキャリヤ(Ca)を前記入力軸(12)に結合可能なクラッチ(C1)と、
前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)のサンギヤ(Sa)の径方向内側に配置され、前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)のキャリヤ(Ca)を前記クラッチ(C1)のクラッチハブ(22)に連結する連結部材(21)と、
前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)のキャリヤ(Ca)から径方向に突出して前記連結部材(21)の前記遊星歯車機構A(PGSb)側の端部に突き当てられる突き当て部(51)と、
前記連結部材(21)および前記クラッチ(C1)のクラッチドラム(23)間に配置されたスラスト荷重を支持可能なベアリングA(T2)と、
前記クラッチ(C1)のクラッチドラム(23)および前記変速機ケース(13)間に配置されたスラスト荷重を支持可能なベアリングB(T1)とを備えることを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記クラッチ(C1)のクラッチドラム(23)の前記変速機ケース(13)側の端部に、前記入力軸(12)上に配置された各部品の寸法のばらつきを調整するシム(52)を配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)のサンギヤ(Sa)およびキャリヤ(Ca)間に配置されたスラスト荷重を支持可能なベアリングC(T4)と、
前記クラッチ(C1)のクラッチハブ(22)および前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)のサンギヤ(Sa)間に配置されたスラスト荷重を支持可能なベアリングD(T3)とを備え、
前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)のキャリヤ(Ca)が前記ベアリングC(T4)にスラスト荷重を伝達する荷重伝達面(P3)から前記クラッチ(C1)のクラッチハブ(22)が前記ベアリングD(T3)からスラスト荷重を受ける荷重受け面(P4)までの距離(L2)は、前記ベアリングC(T4)、前記遊星歯車機構B(PGSa)のサンギヤ(Sa)および前記ベアリングD(T3)の軸方向長さの合計値よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の自動変速機。
