Description
<集電体用アルミニウム箔の作製>
(実施例)
実施例2〜5、7に係る集電体用アルミニウム箔は、一方の箔表面が粗面化されており、粗面化された箔表面のJIS B 0601:2001による算術平均高さRaが0.31〜0.8μm、最大高さRzが0.5〜5μmの範囲内にあり、粗面化された箔表面に着いている油分の量が150〜1000μg/m2の範囲内にある。
なお、上記ガスクロマトグラフ分析は、以下の通りとした。
・分析装備:(株)島津製作所製、GC−14B
・カラム:Gカラム G−205 40m
・検出器:FID
・検出器温度:320℃
・キャリヤガス:窒素ガス30ml/min
比較例1〜5に係る集電体用アルミニウム箔は、一方の箔表面が粗面化されており、粗面化された箔表面の算術平均高さRa、最大高さRzが本発明で規定される範囲外にあり、粗面化された箔表面に着いている油分の量も本発明で規定される範囲外にある。この比較例1〜5に係る集電体用アルミニウム箔は、実施例2〜5、7に係る集電体用アルミニウム箔と同様の手順により準備した。
作製した各集電体用アルミニウム箔の密着性評価は、集電体用アルミニウム箔と電極活物質含有層との剥離強度を測定することにより行った。なお、ここでは、作製した集電体用アルミニウム箔をリチウムイオン電池の集電体に適用することを想定した。
Claims (3)
- 少なくとも一方の箔表面が粗面化されており、該粗面化された箔表面のJIS B 0601:2001による算術平均高さRaが0.31〜0.8μm、最大高さRzが0.5〜5μmの範囲内にあり、
上記粗面化された箔表面に着いている油分の量が150〜1000μg/m2の範囲内にあることを特徴とする集電体用アルミニウム箔。 - 請求項1に記載の集電体用アルミニウム箔において、上記油分は圧延油であることを特徴とする集電体用アルミニウム箔。
- 請求項2に記載の集電体用アルミニウム箔において、上記圧延油は、基油としての鉱油と、一価または多価高級アルコール、脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル、および、アミンから選択される1種または2種以上からなる油性剤とを含有し、上記油性剤を合計で上記圧延油全体に対して0.1〜5質量%含有することを特徴とする集電体用アルミニウム箔。
