Description
本発明は、亜鉛、アルミニウムまたはマグネシウムおよびそれらの金属の合金の表面上の、本質的にクロム(VI)を含まない腐食保護層の製造方法に関する。
カソード腐食保護系の保護作用を高めるための、およびワニスおよび塗料のためのプライマーとしての、保護層の使用は、昔から知られている。リン酸塩処理法の他に、表面をクロメート処理する方法が、特に亜鉛含有基材、アルミニウム含有基材およびマグネシウム含有基材のために確立されている。
本発明の課題は、非常に良好な腐食保護特性をもたらす一方で、同時に汚染された濯ぎ水をもたらさない、亜鉛、アルミニウムまたはマグネシウムおよびさらに該金属の合金の金属表面の、クロム(IV)を含まない不動態化のための方法を提供することである。
i) 上述の金属または金属合金の表面と、
クロム(III)イオン、
表面の金属または表面の金属合金から選択される金属イオン、および
カルボン酸、ポリカルボン酸、ヒドロキシカルボン酸、アミノカルボン酸、アルコール、アミンおよびエーテルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの錯化剤
を含む溶液とを接触させ、前記処理溶液はpH1.0〜4.0を有する段階、
ii) その後、上述の金属の表面と、
クロム(III)イオン、

を含む溶液とを直接接触させ、前記処理溶液はpH3.0〜12.0を有する段階。

- 亜鉛、アルミニウムまたはマグネシウムおよび該金属の合金の表面上の腐食保護層を形成するための方法であって、以下の段階:
i) 上述の金属または金属合金の表面と、
クロム(III)イオン、
表面の金属または表面の金属合金から選択される金属イオン、および

を含む溶液とを接触させ、前記処理溶液はpH1.0〜4.0を有する段階、
ii) その後、濯ぎ作業を行うことなく、上述の金属の表面と、
クロム(III)イオン、
表面の金属または表面の金属合金から選択される金属イオン、および
カルボン酸、ポリカルボン酸、ヒドロキシカルボン酸、アミノカルボン酸、アルコール、アミンおよびエーテルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの錯化剤
を含む溶液とを直接接触させ、前記処理溶液はpH3.0〜12.0を有する段階、および、
iii) 2つの処理溶液と接触させた直後に、最終的な濯ぎ段階を行うことなく乾燥させる段階
を含む前記方法。 - 2つの処理溶液がそれぞれ、0.5〜200g/lの錯化剤を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 両方の処理溶液が、少なくとも1つの水溶性コバルト化合物を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 2つの処理溶液がそれぞれ、オルトリン酸、ポリリン酸、メタリン酸、それらの酸の塩、それらの酸のエステルであって12個までの炭素原子を有する有機基を有するもの、およびそれらの化合物の混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのホスフェート化合物を含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 両方の処理溶液が、それぞれフッ化物イオンを0.001〜10g/lの量で含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 両方の処理溶液が、それぞれ塩化物イオンを0.1〜10g/lの量で含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 段階i)における処理溶液が、10〜50℃の温度を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 段階ii)における処理溶液が、10〜80℃の温度を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 両方の段階における処理溶液中での処理時間が、10〜600秒の範囲である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 可溶性のクロム(III)イオンを、2つの処理溶液のそれぞれに0.5〜10g/lの量で添加する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 段階i)における処理を、段階i)における処理溶液中で、カソードとしての基材を接続することによって補助する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 基材上のカソード電流密度が、0.05〜10A/dm2の範囲である、請求項11に記載の方法。
