Description
下記の成分を含む本発明に従う処理溶液を調製した。
水酸化クロム(III)によるCr3+ 7g/l
オルトリン酸によるPO4 3- 28g/l
酸化亜鉛によるZn2+ 9g/l
クエン酸 18g/l
A群: 3h
B群: 3h
C群: 24h
D群: 72h
本発明に従う処理溶液を、実施例1の処理溶液と同じ組成で調製し、20%水酸化ナトリウム溶液を用いて、溶液のpHを3.9に調整した。
実施例2と同様にして、実施例3乃至6を実施した、ただし、処理溶液の組成は第1表に示すように変えた。(また、実施例4乃至6では乾燥時間は15分であった。)第1表に、試験片表面の外観および腐食特性についても(実施例2のデータと一緒に)示す。
[2] 使用したイオン界面活性剤:ルテンシット(Lutensit)TC−APS35(商品名、BTC社製)
[3] 使用したポリビニルアルコール:モワイオル(Mowiol)5−88(商品名、クラレ・スペシャリティズ・ヨーロッパ社(Kuraray Specialties Europe GmbH)製)
[4] 使用したフルオロ界面活性剤:フルオラド(Fluorad)FC−4432(商品名、3M社製)
[5] 使用したリン酸イソプロピル:モノ及びジエステルの混合物(メルク(Merck)社製)
Claims (19)
- 腐食から保護する被覆層を生成させる方法において、処理すべき表面をクロム(III)イオンと少なくとも一種のリン酸化合物とを含む処理用水溶液に接触させる方法であり、クロム(III)イオンのモル濃度と少なくとも一種のリン酸化合物のモル濃度(オルトリン酸化合物としての計算値)との比が、1:1.5から1:3の範囲内にあって、少なくとも一種のリン酸化合物が、オルトリン酸、ポリリン酸類およびメタリン酸と炭素原子数12までの有機残基とのエステル類、並びにこれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる化合物であり、そして処理用水溶液が更に、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリイタコン酸、ポリアクリレート、および各々の構成単量体の共重合体からなる群より選ばれる一種以上の水溶性又は水分散性ポリマーを含む方法。
- クロム(III)イオンの濃度が0.2g/lから20g/lの範囲内にある請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一種以上の水溶性又は水分散性ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンおよびポリビニルアルコールからなる群より選ばれるポリマーである請求項1もしくは2に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液が更に、ポリカルボン酸類、ヒドロキシカルボン酸類、ヒドロキシポリカルボン酸類、アミノカルボン酸類またはヒドロキシホスホン酸類およびアミノホスホン酸類からなる群より選ばれる一種以上の錯化剤を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 錯化剤が、クエン酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸、乳酸、グルコン酸、グルクロン酸、アスコルビン酸、イソクエン酸、没食子酸、グリコール酸、3−ヒドロキシプロピオン酸、4−ヒドロキシ酪酸、サリチル酸、ニコチン酸、アラニン、グリシン、アスパラギン、アスパラギン酸、システイン、グルタミン酸、グルタミンおよびリシンからなる群より選ばれる請求項4に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液が更に、一種以上の金属またはメタロイドを含む請求項1乃至5のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 金属またはメタロイドが、Sc、Y、Ti、Zr、Mo、W、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Zn、B、Al、SiおよびPからなる群より選ばれる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 金属が亜鉛であり、そして亜鉛の濃度が0.5g/lから25g/lの範囲内にある請求項6に記載の方法。
- 金属またはメタロイドが、その塩類のうちの一種の形で、あるいは錯陰イオンまたはこれら陰イオンに対応する酸類、例えばヘキサフルオロホウ酸、ヘキサフルオロケイ酸、ヘキサフルオロチタン酸またはヘキサフルオロジルコン酸、テトラフルオロホウ酸またはヘキサフルオロリン酸、またはそれらの塩類の形で、処理用水溶液に添加されている請求項6乃至8のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液のpHが、pH2.5からpH7の範囲内にある請求項1乃至9のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液のpHが、pH3.5からpH5の範囲内にある請求項1乃至9のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液のpHが、pH3.8からpH4.5の範囲内にある請求項1乃至9のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液の温度が、10℃から90℃の範囲内にある請求項1乃至12のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液の温度が、20℃から80℃の範囲内にある請求項1乃至12のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液の温度が、40℃から60℃の範囲内にある請求項1乃至12のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 処理用水溶液が、対応する高濃度の溶液濃縮物を希釈することにより調製されたものである請求項1乃至15のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 接触させる時間が、0.5sから180sの範囲内にある請求項1乃至16のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 接触させる時間が、5sから60sの範囲内にある請求項1乃至16のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
- 接触させる時間が、10sから30sの範囲内にある請求項1乃至16のいずれかの項に記載の方法。
