Claims (6)
- インナ軸部材とアウタ筒部材が本体ゴム弾性体で連結された筒型防振装置において、
前記アウタ筒部材が合成樹脂製とされており、該アウタ筒部材の軸方向一方の端部には外周面に係止用突起を有する係止部が設けられていると共に、該アウタ筒部材における該係止部の内周側には軸方向外方に開口する凹所を隔てて当接部が設けられて、該アウタ筒部材の軸方向において該当接部の軸方向先端が該係止部の軸方向先端と同一又は外方に位置せしめられており、
該係止用突起の形成部位における該係止部と該当接部との該凹所を隔てた対向面間距離が、該係止用突起における該アウタ筒部材の外周面からの突出高さ以上に設定されている一方、
該係止用突起の突端に対する軸方向外方への外力作用に伴う該係止部の先端部分の変形量が、該凹所を隔てて対向する該当接部への該係止部の当接で制限されることにより、該係止用突起の突端が該アウタ筒部材の外周面よりも内周側へ変位することを阻止する制限機構が設けられている
ことを特徴とする筒型防振装置。 - 前記当接部の軸方向先端が前記係止部の軸方向先端よりも軸方向外方に位置せしめられている請求項1に記載の筒型防振装置。
- 前記係止用突起の軸方向内側面が、前記アウタ筒部材の略径方向に広がる平面状の係止面とされていると共に、
該係止用突起の突端に対する軸方向外方への外力作用に伴って前記係止部が前記当接部へ当接せしめられた状態で、該係止用突起の該係止面の傾斜角度が該アウタ筒部材の中心軸と直交する面に対して45度以下とされている請求項1又は2に記載の筒型防振装置。 - 前記当接部には、軸方向先端から軸方向外方に向かって突出するストッパゴムが設けられている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の筒型防振装置。
- 前記アウタ筒部材が、軸方向一方の端部側において内周側に厚肉化されて前記当接部が一体形成されている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の筒型防振装置。
- 前記係止部の厚さ寸法が、基端部分よりも前記係止用突起に近い先端側部分において小さくされている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の筒型防振装置。
