Claims (3)
- 紫外光から可視光までの波長領域のうちの所定の波長の光を発光する固体光源と、該固体光源からの励起光により励起され該固体光源の発光波長よりも長波長の蛍光を発光する少なくとも1種類の蛍光体を含む蛍光体層と、該蛍光体層の前記励起光が入射する側の面とは反対の面側に設けられる放熱基板とを備え、前記蛍光体層は実質的に樹脂成分を含まない蛍光体セラミックスであり、前記固体光源と前記蛍光体層とが空間的に離れて配置されており、前記蛍光体層の面のうち励起光が入射する側の面とは反対側の面に金属膜を形成し、前記金属膜と前記放熱基板とが接合されていることを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項1記載の光源装置において、前記金属膜と前記放熱基板とは金属ろう付けにより接合されていることを特徴とする光源装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2記載の光源装置が用いられていることを特徴とする照明装置。
