Description
[塩粘度]
脱イオン水450.0gに有機凝結剤50.0gを溶解し、更に食塩20gを溶解した
25℃の水溶液のB型粘度計で測定した粘度。

(但し、SSは濁廃水中の懸濁浮遊粒子量(mg/l)、Dmaは浮遊粒子の面積平均粒子径(μm)を表す。)

本発明で使用した無機凝結剤及び有機凝結剤を表1に示す。
貯水槽で粗粒土が自然沈降により除去・分離された濁廃水500mlを500mlのビーカーに採取した。これに、所定量の凝結剤を加えた後にジャーテスターにて150rpm、30秒間攪拌する。その後にアニオン性凝集剤(ダイヤニトリックス社製「AP825C」)を3ppm加えてフロックを形成させ、フロック径を計測した。アニオン性凝集剤を加えた後、60秒間の攪拌時間が経過したら攪拌を停止し、その3分後に凝集沈澱した高さ(以降、沈降SVと称する)を測定した。また、処理液の上澄みの濁りを目視にて観察した。
貯水槽で粗粒土が自然沈降により除去・分離された濁廃水(表2)を反応槽に送り、この反応槽で所定量の凝結剤とアニオン系高分子凝集剤(ダイヤニトリックス社製「AP825C」)を6ppm加えてフロックを形成させ、沈殿槽へ送液した。沈殿槽での透視度を測定した。

Claims (4)
- 無機物質が懸濁した濁廃水に1種又は2種以上のカチオン性有機凝結剤を添加混合して凝集沈澱処理を行い、次いで、上澄水と凝集沈殿物に固液分離して得た凝集沈殿物を加圧濾過して脱水を行う無機物質懸濁廃水の処理方法において、カチオン性有機凝結剤がポリジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレートの四級アンモニウム塩と2−メチル−2−プロペン−1−スルホン酸及びその塩の共重合体であり、以下に定義される10質量%塩粘度が10〜3000mPa・sであるカチオン性有機凝結剤を使用し、且つ、その添加量として以下の計算式(1)で求められる添加量を採用することを特徴とする無機物質懸濁廃水の処理方法。

(但し、SSは濁廃水中の懸濁浮遊粒子量(mg/l)、Dmaは浮遊粒子の面積平均粒子径(μm)を表す。) - カチオン性有機凝結剤としてジアルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーを97〜100質量%含有する重合体を使用する請求項1に記載の処理方法。
- ジアルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単量体がジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレートの四級アンモニウム塩である請求項2に記載の処理方法。
- 濁廃水にカチオン性有機凝結剤を添加した後にアニオン性高分子凝集剤を添加する請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の処理方法。
